I really got my sculpting down to the wire this year,these were all done the 21st and 22nd of September. My kids are actually sick of the beach. Oh well maybe when they get older they will appreciate the memories.

This is one of my only trips to Nahant beach this summer. I decided to do the main character from my upcoming childrens book.

OOPS! I guess I built it too close to the tide line. Oh well, I can't stay all day any way, the kids are back to school. At least I got my pictures.

The sand at Nahant is actually very good to sculpt with. I only spent about 2 hours on this one and I built it very close to the tide line.

This was one short lived sculpture, but it looks kind of cool surrounded by water. It almost looks like he's reacting to the cold water.
