FireHorse Inc. is a consulting team specializing in platform migration, business process re-engineering (BPR) and business engineering (BE), database-management and mining. Our analytical team has over 14 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS). We provide hands-on project management. We have experience in the following industries - aerospace, engineering, logistics, banking, education, finance, government, insurance, manufacturing, medical, retail, and transportation. We also have experience with the overall business process including sales order processing, accounts receivable and billing, inventory, purchasing and accounts payable, sales analysis and forecasting, general ledger, hospital patient inventory and registration, material management, payroll and personnel, marketing and public relations.
In 1998 we were contracted for a SAP R/3 implementation for Sharp Manufacturing Corporation of America, Memphis, TN. Andersen Consulting was in charge of the project, and we were brought in to assist with the implementation.
The modules installed were BASIS, MM, FI, and CO. Modules analyzed and discussed include HR, PP, QM, SD, and EC.
We provided a blend of functional and technical analysis (80-20). The services we provided included:
