MAY 10, 2008 • Saturday • SHOW SCHEDULE - "It’s Only Rock and Roll 2008" • 7th Annual Benefit for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum • 6 p.m. - 11 p.m. • Public Hall at the Cleveland Convention Center • 500 Lakeside Avenue • Cleveland, Ohio, USA • The All-Star Benefit will include performances from: Kim Carnes (“Bette Davis Eyes”), Louis Prima, Jr. (“Jump, Jive and Wail,” “Just a Gigolo”), Patty Smyth ("The Warrior,” “Goodbye to You"), Sugarhill Gang ("Rapper’s Delight"), Lou Gramm of Foreigner ("Cold As Ice,” “Feels Like the First Time"), Howard Hewett of Shalamar ("The Second Time Around,” “Don’t Get Stopped in Beverly Hills"), Rob Parissi of Wild Cherry ("Play that Funky Music White Boy") and Roy Head ("Treat Her Right,” “Just a Little Bit"). • The house band will feature: Ricky Byrd (Joan Jett, Roger Daltrey) on guitar, Jeff Carlisi (.38 Special) on guitar, Rob Arthur (Joan Osborne, Peter Frampton) on keys, Liberty Devitto (Billy Joel) on drums, Will Lee (The Late Show with David Letterman) on bass. • Individual Tickets will go on sale to the public for $15 on Monday, April 7.
