These are the robes of a great Jedi Master who has seen a lot of wear and tear in the field. The robe is a dark brown wool suiting, possibly a thick gabardine. The undertunic and outer tunic are a sand-colored or "natural" linen blend, with sash and tabard-pieces made of the same material as the outer tunic.
