Now we will see what the Koran and the Bible say about God. We cannot cover the whole question, but we will present enough to see that the Koran and the Bible disagree violently regarding God.

Al Koran, Sura 3:26 says, O Allah! Owner of sovereignty! Thou givest sovereignty unto whom Thou wilt, and thou withdrawest sovereignty from whom Thou wilt."
According to the Koran, Allah shares his sovereignty with others. This is explained if we read the Hadith where we find that Muhammed took charge of every little detail of the Muslim's life, such things as when to blow the nose, how to wear shoes, how to urinate, how to conduct sexual union in marriage, and how to kneel.
We will look at some of these later, but it becomes clear who Muhammed meant when he said Allah shares sovereignty. Muhammed meant himself. He was a Prime Minister god to his followers. They could not relate to Allah, who was far away, but Muhammed was god on the spot, day and night, around the clock.
Al Hadis, Book 1, Chapter 6, no. 166, Ibn Abbas reported: One day I was behind the messenger of Allah. He said, 'O boy! protect Allah, and he will protect you...' "
This is even more puerile. Allah has a deal going. A favor's a favor, right? Watch out for Allah as if he has some enemy that only you can keep away from him. Dear Muslim friend, this is the prophet speaking revelation from Allah. It cannot be questioned by a devout Muslim. Please start to think and reason out this business.
Al Hadis, book 4, Chapter 42, no. 47, Abu Razin Al-Uqaili reported: I asked: O Messenger of Allah: will everybody of us see on the Resurrection Day his Lord in his open form? "Yes" he replied. I asked: And what is the sign of that in His creation? He said: "O Abu Razin! is it not that everyone of you sees the moon in the full moon-lit night in its naked form?"
So, according to Allah and Muhammed, his prophet, the moon is the physical manifestation of Allah. It is interesting to note that the moon was a goddess image in Arabia before Islam, and it was called

Allat. Allat, the moon goddess, and Al-Uzza, or Venus, got into the Koran temporarily in the "Satanic verses." More on this later. (FOOTNOTE 9: 203 / 125-126 / 610; 159 / 446 / 190 and 192; 142 / 79-80 / 1007 Transition seen from Astarte.) But, according to Muhammed, this ancient pagan symbol, the moon, is the physical representation of Allah. It is curious also that Muhammed used the word "naked." From the beginning, men have tried to undress their gods. (FOOTNOTE 10: 173 / 56-61 / 990-993 )
TO HIS PEOPLE IN THE BIBLE
Bible, Romans 9:20-21, Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
What potter could give his power to make pots to the pots? The Bible gives us a picture of a total sovereign who shares his authority with no one. What a contrast to Allah!
Bible, John 15:5, I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Jesus made it clear that the child of God is totally on the receiving end 100% of the time with regard to power. Why?
Bible, Romans 7:18, For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
Bible, Philippians 2:13, For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
According to the Bible, God shares none of His sovereignty with man, especially not with self-exalting prophets like Muhammed. He works in His children by allowing them to do His work under His total control.
Bible, Colossians 2:8-9, Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Those who saw Jesus in Israel during his lifetime are the only ones who have seen what God looks like. God made man in His likeness (Genesis 1:26), so Jesus showed us the likeness of God.

Bible, Hebrews 2:9, But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
For those of us today, including prophets in Arabia in 625 AD, we have to walk by faith without begging for physical representations of God as Abu Razin did.
Bible, Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Regarding Allah looking like the moon, Bible, Isaiah 24:23 Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem...
The moon is not a picture of the God of the Bible because God is never confounded. Perhaps this suits Allah though, for he will be confounded one day by Jehovah God.

We have seen that the Koran and Hadith have a very poor view of God. Like a pagan Greek god, Allah shares his sovereignty with man, he needs protection. In the heart of His followers, he is represented by the moon rather than by Jesus. True Christians refuse to blaspheme God by demanding a physical representation of God, and this condemns the idol worship of the Roman Catholic Churches as well as Muhammed. It is very clear that Allah is alien to the God of the Bible.

Is Jesus only a good prophet as Muhammed claimed, or is he God the Son? Now, please give me your full attention. It is very fashionable these days for Christians, who won't stand on the Bible alone, to try to find hints of Jesus Christ's deity in the Koran. Why don't you just take Muhammed's word for it? You see, when you try to twist the deity of Christ out of the Koran, what you are implying is that the Koran is bigger than Muhammed, contains truth in spite of Muhammed's views of Christ, and, in the process, you give transcendent authority to the Koran. I say, "Blasphemy and wimpology!" (see Glossary) Here is what Muhammed said of Jesus:

Koran, Sura 4:171, O People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah... So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three"-- cease... Allah is only one God."
Now, I will take Muhammed for just what he said. If Al Koran affirms and agrees with the Bible, and if the Bible agrees with Al Koran, then we should never find Jesus, of all persons, claiming that he is God in the Bible.
Koran, Sura 61:6, And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, (books of Moses) and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is the Praised One..."
It is a curious thing that Muhammed never allowed Jesus to claim to fulfill the prophecies of Isaiah and other Old Testament prophets, for then Muhammed would have found that Jesus is God. Also, I must note that there is no Hebrew or Greek translation for the name "Allah." It is impossible that Jesus would associate Himself with the name Allah, nor is there any historic writing to uphold this claim by the rabbis or early Church fathers of the Church. Arab Christians must also decide if the name "Allah" came from God or Arabia. Next we look at a text that happens to be true:
Al Koran, Sura 5:72, They surely disbelieve who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary...
That is true. Those who believe in The Lord Jesus Christ, Al-Rub, do not believe He is Allah, the alien god of the Kaaba. So, true believers will say, "Messiah is The Son of God."
Bible, John 8:58, Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
By referring to Himself as "I Am" in the distant past, Jesus was claiming that He already existed before Abraham lived on the earth. How could a mere prophet say this, without lying, unless he were divine? If Ahmed Deedat and a million Mullahs don't understand that verse, the unbelieving Jews in Jesus' day surely did. The next verse shows their

Bible, John 8:59, Then took they up stones to cast at him.
They knew he was claiming to be God. Now, this being the case, how can these Mullahs say "blessing be upon him" every time they use the name of Jesus. What hypocrites. They are blessing a man who claimed to be God! Will they also believe in Christ for their salvation?
Bible, Isaiah 9:6, For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
How could a child be born, the Messiah, and a son be given, yet He would be named "The Everlasting Father"? This human child was eternally God before He was born in Bethlehem in 3 BC. Muhammed claimed to believe in all sorts of mysteries, and God does ask us to simply believe some things are possible. Why can't we let God be who He is by His own definition-- Messiah Christ?
God has no wife, yet, in the spiritual world of Heaven and eternity, it is possible for a Son to be eternal, to be God, yet one with the Father. This is a mystery, but it is the central mystery of the Bible, and no one can become truly "saved" or converted without believing this truth.

We have seen that The Lord Jesus Christ is more than a prophet. By His own claims, He is God. If this is not true, then He is a liar, and the blessings lavished upon Jesus by Ahmed Deedat and the Mullahs condemn them as fools for exalting a blasphemer. So, if He IS God, they should worship Him as they bless Him. My dear Muslim friend, you are now in a difficult spot. I invite you to abandon the confusion of the Koran and Muhammed and cry out to God for the faith to believe the words of Jesus. It is interesting that the ancient Hanif, Waraqah, looked for this truth, and he ended up fleeing from Muhammed. Why not you?
