Fig. 25 In this inscription the writers call on the
goddess Allat to protect them. Allah is used in the names of several writers.
This is common all over northern Arabia. The code numbers are Winnett's.
Without being an expert, you will notice two things:
1. The writers were better at script than at art.
2. The text looks a lot like Hebrew and Ethiopic
writing.
