What is a V-Haunt? It's basically a Virtual Haunted House, first designed by us and then everyone copied our idea! Yes, we invented the V-Haunt. V-Haunts range in size and price. Rates begin at $495 for a V-Haunt and go up from there depending how big and how detailed you want it. We are now working on V-Haunts for ALL our planset based haunted houses.
How does a V-Haunt work? Well, a V-Haunt is a series of HTML linked web pages, such as that found on this, or any other site. You click to move around the site to the next area of interest. Well, in a V-Haunt, you click next to move to the next room. Some rooms you can examine and look around inside, some you can't. No, these are not by far ready to replace the good old haunted scare you will find in a real haunt or even our E-Haunts, but still, they are interesting.
How do we create them and what do we use to make one?
We use many kinds of tools ranging from home 3d layout systems to JAVA and Java Script. We also like to add flash to certain areas for a more realistic feel to the haunt so its not just point and click. We use other, top-secret tools to make the haunt happen as well.
