The CD-ROM with ALL the pages that I scanned into the computer for the guide set. There are 24 pages to the complete guide which covers everything about this haunt.

What is covered in the 24 pages: 5 Pages of press release framework, 1 Welcome letter, 7 pages of detailed scene by scene layout of the attraction, 1 overhead view of the haunt map, 1 front scene to what haunt will look like out front of haunted house before entering, sample ticket framework, sample ad to post (flier), admission price sign, warning sign, coin toss game sign, 4 3d modeled shots of haunted house from 4 sides.

This haunt has been in the making since 1995, and this is the FIRST time ever that the public has been offered access to these secret plans and scenes. This haunt framework will get you up and running in no time flat. The web site to this haunt is also available.

ALSO available on the haunt CD is a sample level from our "Lightstorm Series 2 Engine" to show off some of the effects and features of our haunt and game engine. We will also lease out the engine to those interested for haunt or game making. Rates start at $25,000 for a basic lease plus 60% of each sale and go up to $100,000 for a non-percentage engine package using our exclusive custom rebuilt engine, the "Lightstorm Series 2 Engine". You will get all the source code and level editors and complete tech support for 30 days when you lease our engine. You also can make PC based games with the engine as well as make haunted houses with it. We've completely recoded the engine from the ground up.

What is a plan set? It is a package featuring some 20-30 pages of a haunted attraction from press release material, to a overview of the haunt of what scenes are in it, to a overhead map with scene layouts. Usually, a haunt will come with a CD-ROM of all the scans of the pages you receive. Sometimes a haunt will come with a storyboard of the haunt as well, some do not have one such as Area X4.

NOTE: We offer Haunt planset Consulting to any of these haunts for $695 PER DAY PER HAUNT plus expenses and travel costs. Also, for just $395 you can add-on the haunt web site to your planset haunt (except Party Haunt, which is $1,495 for the web site since it includes 3 web sites in one PLUS much more). NONE of the haunts, EXCEPT PARTY HAUNT have a special contract to them. Party Haunt uses a one price Plus per sale percent cut. This helps ensure that our business grows and we're not underselling ourselves with our awesome ideas.

Remember, we are releasing only the planset IDEA and frame work to build these haunts, it's still up to YOU to make sure the haunt PLANS get made up as you see fit, and you actually do the building of the haunt and event. We do not in any way supply you with the materials to build the event, other then the framework and ideas, that is all.

Once we receive your order, you will be e-mailed when it is shipped out to you. Usually, within 7-10 business days you will have your haunt planset. EACH haunt comes standard with a CD-ROM which features the same scans you will receive in hard copy form plus, we add extra bonis stuff onto them with little games we've made or just fun stuff your sure to enjoy. Later, all CD-ROMs will come standard with a demo V-Haunt and E-Haunt. This should come online sometime late this year.
