Roz Hiebert, whose intrepid adventures have taken us from Antarctica to Zanzibar, is now off to China on a teaching gig.  She will fly to Beijing, take a train eight hours south to Zibo, in the Shandong Province, and teach English as a second language to teenagers.  And this is even a paying job!   We hope to hear from her and post her news here - come back for an update after she leaves, July 10.
