According to Sister 2 Sister Magazine, both Angela Bassett and Whoopi Goldberg will work together again. Whoopi will executive produce, "Ruby's Bucket of Blood", a film about a juke joint owner in Louisanna, who loses her best singer and then hires a white performer as a replacement. Of course Angela will play Ruby the owner of the juke joint. Both Angela and Whoopi worked together on How Stella Got Her Groove Back and complimented each other very well. Hopefully the magic will strike twice.

Angela Bassett just signed on to star in the film, The Score also starring Robert DeNiro, Ed Norton and Marlon Brando. The actress will costar in the heist drama about a young thief (Norton who blackmails and expert thief and old timer (DeNiro)into his last job. Angela starts filming this summer.
