Synopsis: Students try to kill each other in a non-stop shootout. (An experimental piece).
Making it: Okay, this was the first film I made using people from college. People from my class
but also people that, at the time, I hardly knew. It was a chaotic two-day
shoot because this was the first time that I had ever used more than two people
in one film. Directing eight people in one sitting was enough to make me go slightly
mad, so not the smoothest shoot ever (they never are). I had a ten page
script but on the day of shooting I realized, to my horror, that none of the students
could act, So this is why it ended up a no-dialogue shoot-em-up, I basically
made it up as I went along, grabbing whoever I could to act in it. But because
it was an experimental film (mainly to test my colour correction techniques)
the story didn't matter. What did happen was a slightly entertaining film was
produced.
