REGULA I SPACE LABORATORY
Deep space facility located in the Mutara Sector near the planetoid Regula. Project Genesis was developed at this laboratory under the direction of Dr. Carol Marcus.
The planet Regula was a lifless class-D planetoid in the Mutara Sector. This planet was the site of a key test of the Project Genesis in wich a Genesis device was detonated deep inside the planetoid, resulting in the creation of a large chamber suitable for life.
