DR. CAROL MARCUS

Brilliant scentist and notedd molecular biologist. Marcus directed the ambitious Project Genesis which attempt to develop a process to rapidly terraform uninhabitable planets into worlds suitable for humanoid life. Marcus was romantically involved with future Enterprise captain James T. Kirk in the early 2260s. Their son, David Marcus, became a note scientist in his own right, although Kirk was not involved in the boy's upbringing at Carol's request.
