Minami is a habitual collaborator of "Ranma 1/2" spanish manga edition. Her page is in spanish, and it has the best characters guide I have seen; it has a section about OVAs.
I think it's not the definetive page in spanish, but it's possible that in a little time it could become really definetive. The character guide is really good, and also the story explain.
