Snowdonia weekend Friday 24 to Sunday 26 November 2000
You, the undersigned, have voluntarily volunteered to go, on a purely voluntary basis as
volunteers on the Drake Tours Snowdonia weekend:
No Handle, Squawk, Son of Squawk (SOS), Donkey, Dishy, Mole, Limpalong, Plodder, Anonymouse, The Beast, Twice A Week + One Spare Place.

Accommodation is at the old alma mater, The Alpine Lodge Hotel, Llanberis, consisting of their excessively comfortable bunkroom for 8 and the exclusive cabin for 4. There is a
further cabin for 4 if anyone else would like to join the fray. The specification includes sheets, hot showers, colour TV and full English breakfast, all for the sum of £12.50 per person per night, (same price as last year).

In order to secure this provisional booking The Beast needs a deposit of £12.50 per
person as soon as possible .The usual chaotic arrangements regarding transport apply and you can arrive as late as you like on Friday night, though preferably before closing time. Timetable: Arrive Friday night, leave Sunday afternoon - simple really. Absolutely no discount if you bring your own chandalier. Drake Hash Christmas Bash: 7.30pm Saturday 16 December 2000
The social event of the year and you have been invited !!! Start the evening with a gentle hash and pub crawl through Princetown, then drink the night away at the Plume of Feathers. A sultry evening guaranteed ! Luxury accommodation available at the Plume Bunkhouse for the princely sum of £6.50 per person (or free camping at North Hessary Tor). Beds need to be booked and deposit paid in advance. Please see Plodder with your cash as soon as possible. Deposit = £3.25 per person.

Curry & Carol Service Run: 7.30pm Monday 18 December 2000
Venue: Eliot Arms, St Germans, Cornwall

At the AGM on 10 January 2000 the new committee was as follows: Grand Master: Plodder, Hare Raiser & On Sec: Dishy, Hash Cash: Limpalong, Religious Advisor & Social Sec: Donkey.
