  1. PV-IQ505 Panasonic Palmcorder IQ VHSC Camcorder
         AutoFocus, Digital EIS Stabilization, Color Viewfinder, Built-In Light, 14x Optical Zoom, 20x Digital Zoom, Built-In Lens cover.
    This unit will not eject and whether or not it will play or record is undetermined. It powers up with a nice picture but shuts itself off within a few seconds.

    Powers Up with good clear picture. Missing panel on cassette door side.

  3. PV-D496D Panasonic VHSC Camcorder
         Back Light, Fade, Color Mode Selector, Electronic Image Stabilizer, Title Stamp, Motion Detector, High Speed Shutter, Color ViewFinder, 22x Digital Zoom and 16x Optical Zoom.
    Missing cassette door panel. This unit works great. Good clear picture and it plays tapes fine. The only problem I detected with this unit is that it eats tapes when recording. This unit would make a good VHSC dubbing machine or probably wouldn't be too expensive to fix.

     150x Digital Zoom, Hi Def Zoom Lens 26x Optical Zoom, Built-In Auto Light, Digital Electronic Image Stabilization, BackLight, Fade, 3" Color LCD Monitor.
    This unit loves to power up. If you turn it on, it powers up over and over again. Puts a very nice picture on LCD monitor and viewfinder. Won't eject.

     22x/16x Digital/Optical Zoom, Built-In Auto Light, Digital Electronic Image Stabilization, BackLight, Fade, 2.5" Color LCD Monitor, Security Mode.
    This unit will not eject. It puts a great pic to the LCD Monitor and Viewfinder. I don't know if it plays/records because it will not eject. This unit would make a great security/surveillance camera if plugged into the VCR - or use it as a baby monitor.

    This unit appears to work fine. The only problem that I detected is that video recorded by this unit plays back at a high speed. It looks like it is playing in fast forward mode when it is not. At any rate,  this unit would make a great security/surveillance camera if plugged into the VCR - or use it as a baby monitor.

    This unit works fine except it won't play or record. Good pic to Viewfinder and nice A/V to TV/VCR.

    Cassette door panel missing. Ejects fine and puts good clear pic to viewfinder, great AV to TV/VCR. It won't play or record.
    This unit would make a great security/surveillance camera if plugged into the VCR - or use it as a baby monitor.

         Color ViewFinder, 14x Optical Zoom, Back Light, Fade, Built-In Lens Cover, High Speed Shutter, Title/Date Stamp.
    This unit has something wrong with the audio. If you record over something, when you play it back, you get the video that you just recorded along with the audio that was on the tape before. It puts a good clear picture on the viewfinder and good A/V to the TV/VCR. The problem with this unit not recording video is probably in the head.

    This unit powers up and plays tapes perfectly but records audio only. LCD Monitor works. This unit would make a great VHSC VCR or dubbing machine to save some wear and tear on your VHSC machine.

    This unit powers up and ejects. It puts good AV to TV/VCR and a clear picture to the Viewfinder. It won't play or record. This unit would make a great security/surveillance camera if plugged into the VCR - or use it as a baby monitor. The sticker with the model # on the bottom has come off so I can't tell you what the model # is with any certainty.

    The picture is bad in camera mode. This unit will not eject. It is missing a small panel on the front. A panel on the cassette door is loose.

    This unit puts a good clear picture to the viewfinder and sharp clear AV to the TV/VCR. The only problem is that it eats tapes.

    This unit is missing the light, will power up only in camera mode, and puts a distorted picture on the viewfinder.
