The following steps are what a propsective requestor should follow
to request from me.
1) Look through what tapes I currently have available.
2) Mail me at delgrecco@rocketmail.com with "request" as the subject
line. Please include your name, address, and the tapes you are
interested in requesting.
Example request message:
Dear RFP,
I am interested in requesting Gensomaden Saiyuki volumes one and two.
My info is as follows:
John Doe
555 Some Street
Anywhere, State
55555
jdoe@email.com
3) Wait for my reply. I will tell you whether or not your request has
been approved. At that point I will provide you with a mailing address
and the total your money order should be made out for.
4) Prepare a money order for the correct sum and mail it to the provided
address.
5) Wait one to two weeks (not including mailing time) for your tapes to
arrive.
6) Enjoy your tapes when they arrive.
Important Things to Remember:
1) Payment must be made in the form of a money order.
2) Mail generally take two to three days to be delivered. So just the
mailing portion of your request will be four to six days. Please hold
off asking about the status until you have waited at least three weeks.
Prices:
One Tape - $8.00
Two Tapes - $14.00
Three Tapes - $21.00
I'm happy to accept international orders, but will need to adjust the
cost to figure in additional shipping. The only one i've looked into so far
is Canada.
Canada - please add $1.00 USD per tape
Tapes are BASF/HG Professional bulk loaded tapes. I chose these instead
of the Fujis because the BASFs have an extra coating on the back for
durability.
You will also get a plastic, side-loading slip case and printed
labels.
Any profits made from distribution will be put back into subbing, most often
in the form of acquiring translations.
If for some reason there are any technical problems with any of your tapes you are
welcome to send them back and I will be happy to re-record them. If you are just sending back
one tape I will need to you to pay for the shipping, but if you send in the tape with a request
letter then the shipping will already be covered.
