Part 11- Last Stop - The Grand Canyon, The New Fuedalism & The END

SONPS, Safe Overnight Parking Spots, or boondocking place. Lesser quality SONPS.

3/8/2002 Saturday, Devil Dog Road, Kiabab NF, AZ. There is a sign about no camping along the first quarter mile of devil Dog Road, so we didn't put up our tent, we simply parked there. It was pleasant to have a cooler night away from the desert heat of California.

We took CA64 from Williams north to US180 toward the Grand Canyon. The road passes through the Kaibab NF and south of Tusayan there are several side roads into the NF where free camping is allowed. Some of these are only a couple of miles from the National Park entrance. There are also a number of places near mile 232 where you could boondock overnight just off the highway. Also north of Tusayan are more forest roads running off US180 with free camping along them, only a mile from the park entrance.

Shade at last. Boondocking on Devil Dog Road, off I40, west of Williams AZ.

Highway US180 is like a lot of roads in America, rundown and in need of maintenance, badly cracked surface with makeshift repairs leaving bumps every few yards.

Hiking the Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon has a magnificent grandeur of scale which is unsurpassed, but many of the National Park facilities look decidedly run down. Poorly maintained roads, untidy weed infested garden beds, and at some of the carparks where no real attempt has been made to cultivate shade trees. Another example of US Government neglect, and of a a probably inefficient overmanned parks service.

It was too late to undertake any major hike when we arrived at the park just before lunch, so we explored some of the view points that are accessible by car, and planned to take the shuttle bus to Hermits Rest and hike the rim trail tomorrow. Not far south of the NP entrance we found North Long Jim Loop road, with a sign, "No camping within 1/4 mile of highway". Along the road there are a number of shaded sites suitable for RVs and we were soon settled in for the night.

4/8/2002 Sunday, North Long Jim Loop Rd. Near Grand Canyon AZ. Arising about daybreak we drove to the NP and breakfasted in a carpark before taking the shuttle bus to Hermits Rest, the last stop on the shuttle route, to walk back along the canyon rim where there are many spectacular views to be had. The distance by road is said to be 8 miles, but it seems more along the canyon rim. We started hiking at 7.45AM from Hermits Rest and returned to the Canyon Village at 2.30PM, allowing plenty of stops for admiring the view, snacks, lunch and taking lots of photos.

After such a long hike, well I'm 58, and I think we could have been the only people to cover the entire distance along the rim trail that day, we were rather worn out. We were buggered to coin an Australian colloquial expression, which in our vernacular simply means to be very tired, worn out, and not in the more literal meaning to have been the penetrated partner in an act of anal intercourse.

We decided to make tomorrow a day of rest, and perhaps do a partial descent into the canyon on Tuesday.

Hiking down into the canyon is a much more difficult proposition than hiking the rim trail, you really need to stay overnight and accommodation is very limited and permits to camp are booked out years in advance. It is just not a practical proposition for someone doing an RV tour, apart from the hassle of having to be there on a particular day. Mule rides into the canyon are also booked out in advance. So apart from making a partial descent into the canyon along the main trail called "The Bright Angel Trail", and returning immediately, the canyon itself is not easily accessible unless you have overnight camping equipment, and are very fit physically, or you book years in advance for a raft trip. However a park ranger told us that there are frequent cancellations for the raft tours of the canyon, and with persistent inquiries you can often get on at short notice.

5/8/2002 Monday, North Long Jim Loop Rd. Near Grand Canyon AZ. We are glad we decided on a day of rest, we slept for over twelve hours after yesterdays hike, and there are a few sore muscles that needed rubbing with liniment. If you are going to do a partial canyon descent you need to start off at sunrise so you can be back before noon and the excessively hot part of the day. Perhaps tomorrow.

6/8/2002 Tuesday, North Long Jim Loop Rd. Near Grand Canyon AZ. More rest and relaxation, and rubbing liniment into our aching muscles.

With all the bad roads, potholes, cracks and broken edges we have encountered in this third world countries roads, Bounder has developed a couple of sidewall bulges in the front right tire. I hope it holds out until we can get to Flagstaff and can get it replaced. I am driving at under 40 MPH to conserve it. Too bad if that upsets the locals, who always seem to be in a big hurry to get to their own funerals.

Some strange drivers here, they don't want to let you change lanes, even when you signal with flashing turn indicators. They just want to pass you, and won't let you in. Well stuff the stupid bastards, Bounder is bigger then they are, and after a respectable amount of signaling my intentions, I just go now. Pushed one fool right into the center turn lane the other day, and he still insisted on getting in front of me, still tooting his anger. Must be something about the psychological pressures of living in California, they seem to be noted for it. It isn't racism, or xenophobia, for all they know I come from Oregon, they're just too bloody aggressive.

7/8/2002 Wednesday, North Long Jim Loop Rd. Near Grand Canyon AZ. Same same. Rest and relaxation that is.

8/8/2002 Thursday, North Long Jim Loop Rd. Near Grand Canyon AZ. Today we arose at 3.30AM to head into the NP after breakfast and begin the descent of the Bright Angel Trail at first light. Setting off at 4.55AM we reached the Indian Gardens campsite in about two and a half hours, and decided to go on an extra one and a half miles to Plateau Point, overlooking the inner canyon of the Colorado River. Along the trail at one and a half mile intervals are primitive stone rest houses where drinking water is available, and there are toilets. The rest huts are very basic with no adequate provision for hikers with severe cramps to lie down with their legs up above heart level. Some do not even have any seating. National parks volunteers and rangers man the huts and patrol the trail to assist hikers in distress, and do their best to help with grossly inadequate facilities. Just don't get to the stage where you need to be evacuated by helicopter, it costs around $4,000 plus medical costs. It is 41/2 miles down to Indian Gardens and the trail descends 3,000 feet. Thence two separate trails go to Plateau Point 1 1/2 miles and Phantom Ranch, 5 miles.

Starting VERY early is highly recommenced. In the summer this is a very hot and tiring walk. No one should attempt to walk all the way to the river, at the Phantom Ranch, and back to the rim in one day. It is 9/12 miles from the the rim to the river, with a descent of about 5,000 feet. The parks service posts a number of cautions and recommendations about hiking in the canyon, and you should take careful note of them.

We reached Plateau Point about 8.00AM and after spending almost an hour there returned to Indian Gardens, where we rested in the shade and had an early lunch. There are picnic tables, drinking water and toilets as well as a campground. You need to carry around half a gallon (2 liters) of water per person, and replenish it at each of the watering points. On a hot day you will consume at least 2 gallons (8 liters) of water on the hike up and down. Dehydration, muscle cramps and fatigue are real hazards on this trail and you should be prepared. Take plenty of food, including salty snacks. This is no time to be on a normally healthy low salt diet, you need a lot of salt to do this walk. You should also carry some packets of rehydration salts to add to your water to replace lost potassium salts, which can bring on severe muscle cramps. Having a high degree of physical fitness does not exempt you from the need to take these precautions on this hike.

For such a well used, indeed heavily trafficked trail, it is very rough, in deplorable condition, made worse by the extra erosion caused by the mules that share the trail with hikers. We saw several people stumble and fall on the worst sections. Very little maintenance is being done, and the trail is in far worse condition than when we last walked part of it in 1978. We met a Park Ranger who talked frankly about the lack of maintenance, incompetent management and bureaucratic inefficiency of the National Parks Service. Everything he told us confirmed the accuracy of the critical comments I have made on this site about the NPS administration.

Interestingly we also got on to the subject of the terrorist attack on America after I asked him if RVs were still prohibited from driving over Hoover Dam. They are, along with all trucks, in case anyone loads one with a huge bomb to attempt to blow up the dam. He opined on the widespread hatred of Americans in some foreign countries, and just like the other thinking Americans I have spoken to on the subject, he knew full well why it was so, and could see the justification for it. The policies of the US government, in interfering in other countries affairs, supporting, installing and toppling despotic regimes, and generally acting as a contemporary economic imperialist. It is clear to me that quite a lot of thinking Americans know at least the basics of why they were attacked, and why they are so hated. It is only the US Government, and the presiding idiot, that persists with the nonsense that there was no rationale, and that it was, "Because they hate our freedom." But they can not abandon this pretense, for to do so would require a revision of their support of Israel, and this they are not permitted to do, for the US government is controlled by the money power of the Jews.

The ascent was of course much slower and more difficult. At the water stations we drenched our shirts and hats and refilled water bottles. Each one and a half miles stage between rest huts took around two hours as we stopped along the way in the shade of rocks and trees, and at the rest huts. At the last rest hut Sharon was suffering from leg cramps and needed time to recuperate. She needed extra salt, even though we thought we had taken enough salt to ad to our water bottles it wasn't adequate and she needed extra and one of the mule team guides gave her a rehydration drink with potassium salts in it. You need to take some very salty snack food, and several packets of rehydration salts to add to your water are a very good idea too.

We waited at the rest hut until the last section of the trail up was in the shade as the sun dropped below the rim on the canyon. Walking in the shade is much easier, as the temperatures in the canyon rise well over 100°F. By the time we made it back to the top it was after 7.00PM, and we returned to Bounder in carpark D. We were too tired to want to move, and at that time of night the campground would most probably be full anyway, so we just stayed there overnight.

9/8/2002 Friday, Grand Canyon, AZ. A number of other RVs and cars had spent the night in the carpark, which is one near the back country hiking permits office, so a lot of people leave their vehicles there for several days anyway. Also some people with cars were sleeping on the ground in sleeping bags when we arose. So it seems that this is the place to boondock overnight in Grand Canyon NP. Perhaps they tolerate it, in any case we were not disturbed, which was just as well because I was too tired to want to drive anywhere. After breakfasting in the carpark we found the RV dump, easily accessible outside the campground, with potable water, and it is free, then headed back to the National Forest to rest for the rest of the day.

Article - The Democratic Illusion and the New Global Feudalism.

(With images of the Grand Canyon of Arizona. - Taken on our hike to Plateau Point via the Bright Angel Trail.)

Skip to end of article. But you'll miss the best pics of the Grand Canyon.

* It's not long until November when the good people of America will be going through their unbelievably encyclopedic "democratic" process. They have lots of democracy in the USA, so much in fact that they believe that everyone should have some, and if they think you don't have enough, they'll send in the US Marines, to make sure you get some, their brand of course. Like McDonnalds, and Coke! Watch out Saddam, it won't be long before the first McDonnalds opens in Baghdad!

They don't just elect the Government in America, they elect just about everybody, it seems that in American democracy, as in most things American, quantity is more important than quality. They elect the Sheriff, The State Governor, the Deputy Governor, The State Secretary, The County Assessor, The County Court Judge, The Superior Court Judge, District Attorney, Public Prosecutor and a host more officials. You see all these signs along the highways "Bloggs for Judge" etc. I haven't actually seen one saying "Muggins for County Dog Catcher", but I won't be surprised if I do.

So with all this democracy maybe you can begin to understand that America sees itself as sort of "global expert on democracy", and thus well fitted to judge the merits of everybody else's form of government. I suppose this is why they insist "democracy" is also compulsory for the rest of the world. You'd think they should have some mighty fine government in the good old USA. But it just doesn't seem to work out. For a start most of us have enough trouble on deciding who to elect Prime Minister, without deciding who would make the best Superior Court Judge, and just look at the people they elect to be President. I don't think there has been a real statesman in the White House since Kennedy was shot, and by most accounts he wasn't exactly a paragon of conventional moral virtue. And what about a father and son becoming presidents in a country of around 300 million, the latter in a highly controversial and disputed election of dubious integrity, don't you smell a rat somewhere? Particularly so as the grandfather, Prescott Bush, was a central figure in US politics and in major controversial financial deals and international bank Brown Brothers Harriman, involved with the financing of Hitler's Nazi Germany in the earlier part of the twentieth century, a veritable family dynasty.

The USA is in effect a two party state, Democrats and Republicans, which isn't far removed from being a one party state numerically, and politically too in most matters of substance. There are lots of little political parties, but none of them is ever given any publicity, by the mainstream media, and in the minds of the average elector they don't exist. Isn't it strange how we have similar two major party systems in the UK, Australia, most of Europe, and in fact most of the so called "democratic" world. With a little study you soon begin to realize that under this system, "democracy", is only an illusion, and that in all of these two party states, that there is nowadays very little fundamental difference between the two main parties, in countries all over the world, on the big ticket issues concerning globalization and subservience to the New World Order. They provide a pantomime of democracy, for the amusement of the populace, most of whom still believe that their vote is actually controlling something more significant than who gets to be Sheriff or County Dog Catcher, when in fact no matter what the outcome of elections, the major thrust of a nations economic policy in particular, is the same. Only the details are different on peripheral domestic and national matters, to maintain the illusion that "we the people" have some meaningful input into the process of government.

If, in any so called "democratic country" any small political party shows signs of gaining popular support, it is vilified in the press, infiltrated by subversive agents, its principals victimized and hounded with every conceivable legal and scurrilous means. For example take the Austrian Peoples Party and its leader Jeorg Heider, the European Union even imposed economic sanctions on Austria because they had "democratically" elected APP members in their parliament. Heider was denounced in the media as a Nazi, although he was nothing more than a true Austrian patriot.

Take also Pauline Hanson's One Nation Party in Australia, the subject of media vilification, riotous uncontrolled demonstrations, was infiltrated by subversive agents who entrapped the principle Pauline Hanson into technical violations of electoral laws, and then hounded her through the courts on fraud charges. Her crime, saying what a very significant number of the people of Australia were really thinking, and achieving a substantial political following that was opposed to NWO policy for Australia. The same crime for which Jeog Heider was persecuted in Austria.

Democracy is no longer the process of government by the people, it has become a kind of reincarnated medieval feudalism, translated into the modern genre, and has adopted all of the latest scientific psychological knowledge to establish and maintain its power structures, and with a new obscure elite hierarchy in place of the medieval nobility.

America is very much a new feudal society. Here the Barons, Earls, Dukes and Princes of medieval times are replaced by the "Eastern establishment" a super wealty elite, major corporations executives, military and security service chiefs, the elected officials are the Knights, the enforcers of olden times, and the populace are in the position of peasants and serfs. What makes this hypotheses even more plausible, is that when you come here to the USA, and actually see a lot of the western part of the country, a lot of the populace really look, think and live like peasants and serfs, in the modern American equivalent of the mediaeval hovel, the RV park and the mobile home.

The proportional distribution of wealth and power, in the USA in particular, is little different from its medieval equivalent, many poor people, working slave rate jobs for $6 an hour, a shrinking middle class, and a rich minority, ruled by a numerically miniscule mega rich ultra elite. Of course in developed countries such as the USA, UK, Europe and Australia, life in general is on a higher economic plane than the original mediaeval scenario, reflecting the vastly generally wealthier state of the world as a result of scientific innovation and the three major revolutions flowing from it, namely the industrial revolution of the early 1800's, the agricultural mechanization revolution of the 1920's and the computer revolution of the 1970's. It is only the mechanism of control by the elite of the populace which is radically different, in its methodology, but not in its objectives.

The position of each class in mediaeval feudalism was very clear. Apart from a universal, and in fact compulsory belief in God and subservience to the church, illusions were not harbored by any, each knew his place, and it was maintained by a strict system of discipline enforced by might and violence, aided and abetted by the Church and it's Inquisition which shared in the balance of power, where it was not itself omniscient. The centers of power, and authority figures, were clearly identified and highly visible. The King was in his castle, the peasant or serf in his hovel, and all was right with the world.

The difference between this and the modern feudal society is that today illusion is omnipresent and that few of the populace, the "common herd" of serfs or "sheeple", apart from the elite, the "contemporary aristocracy", understand the true structure of, and their real place in the new society. The only visible "Kings" are the elected puppets, the Presidents and Prime Ministers, who come and go as actors in a play, the authors of which, the real "contemporary Kings", are unknown to most of the audience. The balance of power is maintained by propaganda, brainwashing and social engineering, usually with the periodic "consent" of the governed, through the ritual of elections. The peasants and serfs labor under the delusion that they are the rulers, that the actors follow their script, and with that deception in place the ultimate recourse to force to control them, which is held in reserve, is seldom necessary, so successful are the deceptions. The possibility of rebellion or insurrection is almost nonexistent when the oppressed believe themselves to be in control of their destiny, because they live in a "democratic" society.

That real democracy is a myth, an illusion maintained by the pantomime of elections, which are of the heads I win, tails you loose variety, in every country which has dominant two party systems, is totally beyond the intellectual ken of the average person. Only some who have begun to comprehend the reality of modern history, by understanding the causes of events, not merely learning history as a series of dates and events, can appreciate the reality of the New World Order, who are toady's "hidden Kings", and understand what is going on.

The average educated person today really believes that there was a lasting and fundamental change in the way the world works that grew from the French Revolution, not much more than two hundred years ago, and changed a fundamentally despotic system of feudal style rule by the most powerful and ruthless, into a lasting system of democratic government, which has blossomed all over the world.

Nothing could be further from the truth. For an (almost) contemporary account of the real history of the French Revolution refer to "The Life of Napoleon Bonaparte" by Sir Walter Scott, published in the 1840's, and never reprinted. It is the only work of Sir Walter Scott that has not been reprinted many times. It is too close to the truth. However copies can still be bought through Amazon.com secondhand dealers network for around US$300. A number of passages from Scott are quoted in "The Nameless War" by capt A. H Ramsay, a member of the British parliament, before he was jailed in 1940 for four years, without trial or charges being laid, because of his strident opposition to British involvement in WW2. His persecution having some parallels with that of the American poet Ezra Pound who broadcast from Italy during WW2 against American involvement in the war, and was in 1945 imprisoned for 13 years in a US mental hospital after the war, not because he was "mad" but as vengeful retribution for his war opposition. Pound was released in 1958 without ever being charged with any offense.

Ramsay says.

The French Revolution of 1789 was the most startling event in the history of Europe since the fall of Rome.

A new phenomenon then appeared before the world.

Never before had a mob apparently organized successful revolution against all other classes in the state, under high sounding, but quite nonsensical slogans, and with methods bearing not a trace of the principles enshrined in those slogans. Never before had any one section of any nation conquered all other sections; and still less swept away every feature of the national life and tradition, from King, religion, nobles, clergy, constitution, flag, calendar, and place names, to coinage.

Such a phenomenon merits the closest attention; especially in view of the fact that it has been followed by identical outbreaks in many countries.

The main discovery that such an examination will reveal is this fact: the revolution was not the work of Frenchmen to improve France. It was the work of aliens, whose object was to destroy everything, which had been France.

This conclusion is borne out by the references to "foreigners" in high places in the Revolutionary Councils, not only by Sir Walter Scott, but by Robes Pierre himself.

No words could describe more aptly what was overtaking France than the following. Sir Walter Scott in his Life of Napoleon, Vol. 1, thus describes the situation:-

"These financiers used the government as bankrupt prodigals are treated by usurious moneylenders, who feeding their extravagance with the one hand, with the other wring out of their ruined fortunes the most unreasonable recompenses for their advances. By a long succession of these ruinous loans, and the various rights granted to guarantee them, the whole finances of France were brought to total confusion."

The documented evidence of history shows that even the French Revolution was not what it is now portrayed to be, as a rising of the common people, but rather was a carefully contrived plot hatched by the international financiers of the time. Sir Walter Scott's account of events, being an almost contemporary account written in the 1840's, is not one contaminated by modern propaganda, or the myriad disinformation tactics which now plague the Internet.

The accounts in Ramsay, drawing on a number of other well referenced historical works, attribute the revolutions in England in the 1600's (Cromwell's Republic), France 1789, Russia 1917, and Spain 1936 to the same causes. The only "genuine" revolution appears to have been the American revolution.

Many books have been written on these subjects, but even now few people know the FACTS ! The best concise outline in a single volume of the "big picture" of what is going on is "None Dare call it Conspiracy" by Garry Allen. Among many authoritative well referenced historical sources this book quotes frequently from 'Tragedy and Hope' by Professor Carol Quigley, which is probably the greatest reference source for the real history of the modern world ever written,

The Founding Fathers of America harbored genuine dreams of freedom and democracy, and wrote of them in the US Constitution. For a while such idealistic dreams almost succeeded, but this was in the early days before the old forces had time to reorganize and gain influence in the new America. It is barely conceivable that there would be no counter attack, to seize back the reigns of wealth and power to those who considered themselves to be of a superior class of being.

It would require a fundamental change in the psyche of man, for millennia of despotic rule by the most dominant and ruthless, to be finally supplanted by an idealistic genuinely democratic system, with no more than an awakening of the underclass to the possibility of democracy. The French Revolution brought only an awakening of the common people to the existence of the concept of democracy. In fact it brought the most despotic, oppressive, dictatorial, ruthless and bloodthirsty government to power, embodied in men who were opportunistic egomaniacs who spoke of democracy, but acted as tyrants. There was no change in the psyche of man, nor is such a change conceivable on anything less than an evolutionary time scale.

While a few of the old tyrants lost their heads at the French guillotine, and in various other revolutions that spread quickly all over Europe in the succeeding years, culminating in the Russian revolution in 1917, little had changed, one tyranny replaced another, and each called itself democratic. In reality they all serve the same masters. The psyche of man had not changed, only the expectations of the masses that real democracy was perhaps possible.

The Russian revolution was financed from New York by International Bankers affiliated with the House of Rothschilde. Absurd you say? Well there is plenty of documented historical research to prove it. Don't just believe me! Search the Internet.

Does this mean that the entire communist bogy man, and the cold war, were nothing more than an orchestrated plot to profit from war and give the masses an external "enemy" to keep their attention occupied for 70 years? When you start to learn some real history it emerges as the most likely scenario.

A vast volume of historical accounts, apart from the popular mindless press and TV "documentary" propaganda point clearly to the fact that two world wars were orchestrated events for profit and power and to weaken nations and terrorize the populace into eventually accepting the concept of a one world government. A bit scary isn't it!

And what of the new "enemy", Islamic Fundamentalism or "terrorism", could that too be a genuine grassroots movement which has been secretly financed and nurtured to become another fabricated bogy man, exploited by the same forces, with the same purposes, to foment the predicted WW3, "the War on Terrorism", as it has been called? I think it is a viable and rational scenario, in view of all the other great con jobs of history that led to major wars.

If this seems incomprehensible to you, it is only because you have not yet become sufficiently informed on real history. Your instincts, after years of exposure to propaganda, will be to retain your old comfortable view of the world. You are not wanted to know real history, you are wanted to be a "sheeple". (Sheeple - A person with the mindless herd instinct and capacity for independent thought of a sheep.)

After the initial tyranny of "democracy", and its associated orgy of retribution subsided, particularly in France, the awakened expectations of the masses began to move societies toward a more genuine adoption of the democratic ideals, which the various international banker organized phony revolutions had promised but never delivered to the duped masses of the common sheeple.

This was the really significant movement that would have alarmed the planners of the chain of revolutions in England, France, Russia and Spain, fearing that their phony revolutions might actually get out of their control, take on a life of their own, result in genuine revolutionary activity, and actually achieve some of the pretended aims of the bloody tragedy that each was in fact, for each country where they occurred. For one despot can supplant another more easily than he can a genuinely democratic state based on the idea of individual dignity and freedom. Unfortunately such a state does not exist, the American dream, embodied in the teachings of the founding fathers, the US Constitution and Bill of Rights promised much but delivered nothing more than an illusion.

The founding of Australia in 1901 held out similar promise, but has also come to be little more than an illusion over the past century. In the time up to 1950 Australia lived in a state of colonial subservience to Britain, and over the past 40 years has become a policy lackey of the US. The essentially independent spirit of Australia has been only a reality at the personal level, and has never been more than a myth at the national policy level.

Perhaps the only positive effect for mankind flowing from the chain of bloody revolutions was the idea of genuine democracy, although that was never the real intention of the despotic planners of each revolution. But things had changed, the concept of democracy was abroad in the world, and any counter attack would require different methods, more patience and careful planning, and the adoption of deceptions to use the very democratic process to defeat itself. It is through ideas that power is exercised. The pen is mightier than the sword, and in the eighteenth century the pen had writ of democracy, and the concept was embraced by the masses. In the old order, the idea of a feudal order sanctioned by God was the fundamental concept by which power was exercised by a ruling elite and by which the effective, if grudging and discontented consent of the governed was obtained. Men believed that they were serfs and peasants, subservient to their Lords and Kings, by divine will, and it was the belief in that state of affairs, as one sanctioned by God, which enabled it to persist. It foundered only when the belief in the concepts of feudal servitude was challenged by the writers of the eighteenth century following as a political consequence of the reformation.

So the key to the exercise of power in the 19th and 20th centuries was to understand that fundamental changes had occurred in the beliefs and expectations of men, and to use the newly popularly embraced process of democracy as a means of control to replace the old mechanisms of the feudal system. It is probable that this process began not long after the first revolutions in England and France, gradually building its experience and methodology, even as other revolutions were sweeping other parts of Europe. At that time God himself was far from dead, but the influence of his agents on earth, the Roman Church, in politics was being challenged and its theological influence challenged by Protestantism.

One of the new elements in the equation of global power in the nineteenth century was America, a nation founded on the new ideology of democracy, and an emerging world power. If the purveyors of revolution were to ever achieve the ultimate goal of world domination and one world government under their control, not in it's old medieval feudal form, but as a newly effective means of concentrating global wealth and power, "The New Fuedalism" , America was a key danger to success. Thus America was a prime target for gaining control of the infant democratic process. The assassination of Abraham Lincoln, and the foment of the American Civil War, are major events which have been linked to this process, which were tied up with the control of the banking system in America, and attempts by President Lincoln to establish a US National Bank, independent of the then private international banking system.

The slavery issue was not an important precipitating cause of the American civil war, although it was the popularly believed preeminent causative issue. As usual the real issues leading to wars were not for disclosure to the masses who were to die in them, just as has been the case in WW1 , WW2 and every other major conflict of the twentieth century.

The establishment of the US Federal Reserve Bank (which is a private corporation, NOT a US Government owned institution) in 1913 was a key element in the reestablishment of control by the old money power elite.

The purpose was to gain control of the currency of the US, by having a privately owned bank issue the currency, thus having enormous control of the economy and therefore of the nation itself. The situation persists to this day, unknown to most Americans, who think the Federal Reserve is a US Government owned bank or regulatory authority.

The last book to be burned in Germany.Inspired by Ezra Pound, US poet and author, 10,000 copies of the German translation were confiscated and burned in 1955 in Germany with the colaboration of the US occupation forces.

For a shorter overview of the "real" history of the twentieth century read an article "Censored History" by E.D.Butler.

The Fed's stockholders are the member banks of the Federal Reserve system, as it is directly owned by member US banks, which are themselves owned predominantly by the International Bankers. So the Fed is ultimately beneficially owned by a group of International banks including Rothschild, Lazard Bros, The Bank of England, and various European based international banks, from France, Switzerland and Germany. In turn those banks are owned by the ultimate individual beneficiaries who are the members of the international oligarchy, the ultimate masters of the world.

The Fed is never audited nor makes any report of it's affairs to the US Congress. Congressional minority attempts to make it accountable to the US Congress have failed several times, such is the political influence which it, or it's major stock holders, wield with the major political parties.

Control of the US currency, the ability to control credit and interest rates, means effective control of the nation. You don't believe this about the ownership of the Fed? OK, read some of the books listed above, or read some of the many US Senate Banking Committee inquiry reports dating from the 1930's onwards, still on file in US archives, which are cited in the books named above, and do some homework for yourself. As I have said before, don't just take my word for it. The truth is out there.

It is of course axiomatic that modern methods will replace those of old to control and coerce, but the objectives remain the same, wealth and power. Thus the media, in all of its modern forms, and the illusion of effective electoral participation have replaced the rigidity of the medieval class system, and the dogma of the Church as means of control. To illustrate how the media is a servant of the money "Kings", no mainstream media organization has ever run a story about the real ownership of the Fed or how it was brought in to being, in the 89 years since it was created by an act of Congress in 1913. Most Americans still know nothing of it, and think it is a US Government institution.

This period was a momentous one in world affairs, with the same financial forces which, through their influence peddling in the US Congress of 1913, foisted the Federal Reserve Act on to an unsuspecting American people, were at work fomenting the conflict that was to become WW1, and financing all of the major participants, Great Britain, France and Germany. The reluctant US population was drawn into WW1 by the same forces, in a deal which saw Great Britain sign the Balfour Declaration, leading to the later establishment of the state of Israel, as payment for securing American participation in the war. The same money influences that saw to it that Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act in 1913, influenced the President and Congress for the USA to join in World War One in 1916. Each move was an element in the grand design.

With the effective loss of sovereign control over it's own currency in 1913, some argue that the US has ever since been under the effective control of the international money barons, and that genuine democracy has been on a slippery slope in the good old USA ever since that time. So great and so perfect is the illusion of the media, that with all this electing going on come November, that very few US citizens even remotely suspect what has happened to their country.

The modern concept of the Global Corporation has replaced the Principality, and the World Trade Organization and World Bank have replaced the Papal Court of Rome as institutions of ultimate power, but behind the scenes lurk the same souls. They may be in some cases the direct lineal descendants of powerful houses of old, who within their family dynasties have never lost their vision of their rightful, chosen, place in the world, and they are joined by opportunists from the corporate world who lust for power, just as men have ever lusted for it. All these know their place, only the peasants and serfs do not, and are encouraged in their delusion that they are the people who actually rule, by means of the sacrosanct "democratic illusion" through the puppets the common masses know as Presidents and Prime Ministers.

For there can be no revolution without a "King", and now there is no King in his palace on the hill. The King of old has donated his palace, or had it resumed upon his decapitation, to the state as a museum, and has, had he the good fortune to keep his head, assumed an new secret identity, hidden behind a multitude of screens, corporate illusions, banks, trusts and tax free foundations. His modern counterpart's puppets dance on the stage of democracy, and when the audience of peasants and serfs tire of an act, they elect a new cast from the approved pool of actors.

If a truly independent man slips through the screening process he is soon eliminated, like the Kennedy brothers, US president JFK, assassinated in a conspiracy probably involving the US Security Services, The Federal Reserve Bank owners and the military industrial establishment. The Warren Commission's findings being widely considered a cover up by many Americans themselves, are the subject of many books and Internet sites presenting evidence of this. His wife Jackie Kennedy (now Onassis) has written a book which she has embargoed against publication for 50 years after her death which may reveal what she knows about it.

Senator Robert Kennedy, about to run for president, was also assassinated because it was feared by the same groups that he would follow in his brothers footsteps, and be a truly independent President of the USA. Also JFk's son John Kennedy Junior, killed in a mysterious, and no doubt intentional air crash, not because he was a threat, but merely because he had the potential of a popular political following, as the son of JFK, had he ever decided to run for US President, or even spoken out, to become a threat. None are permitted to challenge the power of the invisible kings of the NWO.

To get a probably more factual account of John Kennedy's fate see the book, now being published in America in October 2002. Originally published in 1968 in France under the title L’Amerique Brule (America Is Burning), Farewell America quickly became a best-seller in Europe in eleven languages. Copies were seized in Canada and the book was largely banned or suppressed from American readers. The real authors turned out to be French Intelligence officers working for De Gaulle, with Kennedy people helping (including Daniel Patrick Moyahan, the future senator from New York). Now released in America under the title "Farewell America" read all about it at Amazon.

Hence for today's faceless men of ultimate power, it is the fact that their very existence is largely unknown which is their greatest defense. Through organizations like The Council for Foreign Relations, The Trilateral Commission, The Royal Institute for International Affairs, The Bilderbergs, and the more open organizations such as the World Economic Forum, the WTO and the World Bank, power is exercised to control so called democratic governments, to the extent that the exercise of national free will has itself become an illusion. Many of their servants deny the very existence of a New World Order, and strive to confuse and deny information about it and any details of its power structures. For there can be little danger of rebellion to a power structure whose existence is unknown to the vast majority of the populace, who think they are the rulers.

In mediaeval times it was treason to criticize the King. Who are you not permitted to criticize today? You can criticize the government all you like, nobody cares. Perhaps revealing the true powerlessness of our so called governments. But there is one group, to whom the majority of the international bankers belong, that you are not allowed to challenge, at all, on any grounds. A group who, no matter what they do, and no matter how mild, well reasoned or well founded the critique, you will be attacked mercilessly, if you dare to speak against them. Anyone come to mind? Hmmmmm?

In America the first Amendment right to free speech affords considerable legal protection, which is unfortunately not enjoyed elsewhere in the world, but they will still attack you in every other possible way.

Who the modern day "Kings" are, and just how much power they wield, and ultimately making this knowledge widely available and comprehensible to the common people, to correct a century of propaganda and deception, is the subject of a new war. An information war, where there are many conflicting claims as to the nature and structure of the loose groupings mentioned, and diametrically opposed theories as to just who or what constitutes the New World Order, and it is largely being fought in cyberspace, on the Internet, the new battleground for ideas, just as in the renaissance it was fought with the then new technology of the printing press.

There are lists of members of elite organizations. Most elite organizations have their own websites putting their own slant on things. The powerful elite groups are real. What they seem to fear most is that any clear understanding should become widely known as to who they are, what their real objectives are, the real extent of their wealth, and how they wield power. So the information war has become a war of smokescreens, of claim and counter claim, conflicting theories, and an endlessly expanding litany of increasingly absurd fantasies, projected onto the Internet that make unraveling the tangled threads of reality and fact a difficult proposition. Such is the modern battlefield.

There is an article concerning the disinformation campaign with the title the code word "CABLESPLICE" which was mysteriously released in about 1993 on the Internet, which appears to be a plan for a disinformation campaign aimed at confusing opponents of the New World Order, It outlines propaganda and disinformation campaigns aimed at so called "disrupters", that is any person or organization opposing the NWO. Whether "genuine" or not, it accurately describes the situation as it is unfolding in the information war. It is perhaps to the Internet information war what the "Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion", which dates from around 1897, is to the NWO in general. That is a document which no one will admit to originating, and many claim to be a "fraud", but which so closely "predicts" the events which have unfolded during the twentieth century, that it is difficult to dismiss as not being a blueprint for world mastery, regardless of who it's real authors were.

Many books have been written about these matters, over the past 50 years in particular, and some are authoritative works of well documented and cross referenced historical research, such as Professor Carol Quigley's monumental thesis "Tragedy and Hope". Many other works exist documenting these matters and can be found on Amazon, the giant Internet bookseller.

As Quigley shows, this is not simply a Zionist conspiracy, nor simply a Jewish conspiracy, although some prominent Jews, some of whom were also Zionists were, and are, part of it. Many of the central figures were not, and are not, Jews, and the unifying factors are obscene wealth and lust for even greater wealth and power at any cost, and a total disregard for any basic concept of humanity, rather than religion or race. Jews who were part of the "common herd" have suffered at it's hands as much as any others, all over the world.

Despite these extensive writings, with their politically explosive revelations, none of these matters has ever been aired in the mainstream media, which is totally controlled by the elite groups of the NWO. Thus the quite comprehensive exposes of the developing state of power in the world remained completely unknown to the overwhelming majority of people in the western world. For a time it seemed the elites believed the best strategy was to do nothing, make no denial or comment, for to do so would have in fact confirmed their existence, even if all allegations were denied.

The situation has changed with the development of the Internet, knowledge of the elites began to spread more widely, although still only to a tiny percentage of the population. To counter this increasing body of information about them, the elites themselves went on to the Internet, not to deny the revelations made about them concerning their quest for power, but to present a totally benign view of their reasons for existence and objectives, completely ignoring the claims made in research such as Quigly's. At the same time they adopted a strategy of planting other sites and articles in cyber space making all manner of strangely absurd claims about themselves and their interrelationships and objectives, in fact generating a multitude of conflicting conspiracy theories to serve as a smoke screen and make the more authoritative and soundly historically researched and cross referenced sources such as Professor Carol Quigley, Garry Allen, Antony C Sutton and Eustace Mullens more difficult to differentiate from the fabricated disinformation.

Predating the Internet, but also running concurrent with this approach, has been the proliferation of mainstream media (TV and film) releases during the past 40 years of exaggerated conspiracy stories which portray almost every imaginable government intrigue and wrongdoing, in an absurd fantasy light. The point being to trivialize any serious attempt at exposure of any real world "conspiracy" in the minds of the 85% of the populace, the sheeple, who have very restricted mental ability to engage in complex or original thought.

Notably absent from this "mainstream media" campaign, which is also of course very popular entertainment, have been any films or TV series dealing with these subjects, financing of wars such as WW1, WW2, international bankers and their activities, the operations of the US tax free foundations, the stories of such dynasties as the Rothschilds, Morgans or Rockerfellas, the financing of the Russian Revolution, the financing of Hitler, the history of US and UK corporate involvement in the rearming of Germany, or the transfer of American technology to the USSR during the cold war. Any and all of these matters would be the basis for blockbuster movies, all of them are subjects explored in immense detail in numerous works of historical review, but NONE have been explored by the global media. Obvious opportunities to make very substantial profits are foregone in a conspiracy of silence. Why is it so?

Another tactic (detailed in CABLESPLICE) has been to disseminate disinformation about other real or fictional groups, to whom were attributed the same or similar wealth and power objectives, that the more authoritative historical researchers had uncovered. All manner of far fetched theories and counter claims appeared on the Internet involving everything from the Freemasons to alien beings from space, to witchcraft, ancient secret societies, reincarnations of Adolf Hitler, the Illuminati, Satanic bloodlines, and even the Queen of England as alleged principals of the NWO. The resultant grab bag of the weird, absurd and improbable served to cast an aura of eccentricity over the whole subject of serious historical research into contemporary elite power groups, and to distract the casual browser or the gullible from the more revealing serious works of historical revision and contemporary research into the real nature of the NWO. This is the very nature of an information war, described in "CABLESPLICE".

Another of the propaganda tactics to stifle serious historical research into these matters has been to confuse and equate any criticism of "international bankers" or investigation of "conspiracies" with anti semitism, simply because a few of the central figures such as the Rothschilds and Shiffs have been Jewish. With any of the areas of revisionist history, which inevitably must concern itself with the most momentous events such as wars, the common disinformation tactic has been to actively promote spurious and essentially irrelevant arguments about denial of the Jewish holocaust, to discredit by association all serious historical research into the real history of the causes of war and the development of the New World Order. While conventional history ceaselessly pounds the table about the holocaust, it tells nothing about who financed Hitler, thus enabling the holocaust to have occurred in the first place. As usual you are given half the story, the dates and events view of history, with little or no explanation of the causes of events.

After extensive reading and research on the Internet over several years, the outline of the real history of the twentieth century given in "None Dare Call it Conspiracy" provides probably the most succinct reading to form a really clear picture of the nature of the NWO. In fact the very title "New World Order" is not that of any singular group or organization, but rather refers to the philosophical conglomerate to which many groups loosely subscribe. That forces exist molding the world economy, and pushing governments toward so called globalization, is clearly evident from the effects of their efforts we can see around us. Some of these groups, and their membership, are easily identifiable such as the CFR (Council for Foreign Relations), Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderberg group, and it seems that these groups have become less secretive over the past few years, and have set up widely publicized meetings such as the World Economic Forums.

That they influence governments is clearly undeniable, that is their aim, but the true extent of that influence, and how far it exceeds mere influence to actual control, that is the gray area. Some believe that these are also front organizations and that there is another layer of still more secretive groups of the super elite who have chosen to still remain hidden. Groups such as the Rothschild international banking dynasty, the moguls behind the London merchant banks chartered by the bank of England, and similar French and German banking houses, doyens of the worlds largest corporations, and families of the American "Eastern Establishment" are said to constitute the inner core of the worlds super elite, numbering only a few hundred persons.

These few are believed to be in effective control of the majority of global wealth, through their complex holdings of stock in major corporations, through trusts, tax free foundations and control or influence over governments. These are the contemporary 'Kings". There are dark areas where pinning down precise relationships is very difficult, and where much of disinformation on the Internet is directed in the information war.

For the elites know that ideas rule the world, and if they become unmasked, or even less if their very existence, and the extent of their control becomes widely accepted as reality, the illusion of democracy will begin to evaporate, the King will be in his castle again, his precise identity revealed or not, and their main defense, the ultimate defense, the illusion that they don't exist will be gone. Their fear is, that if the tumbrels ever roll again, they will surely roll to the palace of the NWO.

Looking Forward & the NEW enemy to terrorise the serfs.

As part of the strategy of the imposition of a New World Order there is a coordinated plan to destroy the concept of national identity in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and the European Union, part of the push for expansion of political unions of the nation states into great blocks. There is another potential political "block" forming in Asia, but it is 20 years behind the EU. The trends you see in the USA, the erosion of your freedoms, the trend to greater authoritarianism, the continuous rumblings to disarm the population, all are part of the move to a one world government.

By the destruction of national and racial identity a homogeneous monoculture of mixed racial characteristics forming a majority in each major country (it is happening in every developed country in a highly coordinated manner) will constitute a compliant brainwashed majority of serfs amenable to the domination of the ruling global elite. It is happening right under your nose (and here too in Oz-tralia!) while you are distracted by the evil external enemy, "The Islamic Terrorists" .

Now if you look back in history, many enemies have been created to pose an external threat to unite and distract the people from what is really going on. Usually it was an enemy state, but what kind of an enemy can be the enemy of a one world state? It can be for a while a "rogue" state, Iraq will do for now, then maybe North Korea, but they will soon be blown away, what then, when there is no longer any "axis of evil", who will then be the enemy? It can not be a state if there is effectively a one world government, it has to be a new kind of enemy, for a new world order! What sort of "enemy" can distract the attention of the entire world? Only one that can and will strike anywhere, any time, without warning, for no particular reason, simply because "they hate us" because we are free and they aint!! A perfect made to measure "enemy" for the emerging one world government to confront.

This does not mean that "terrorism" is not real, modern man is not collectively so stupid to jump at ghosts for too long. The "enemy" of the twentieth centaury was "Communism", personified by "The Evil Empire", but communism is dead, the wall is down, a new enemy is needed. Your own US congress in a number of congressional investigations revealed a lot about how communism was funded and supported by US technology, a number of your American historians have document it meticulously. Some of those strange "conspiracy" books I link to document it well, and there are many others, it is just that the vast majority of people don't know about it. It is not a conspiracy theory, rather a set of facts that few know. However as I point out, you can, if you want, find out the facts for yourself.

Now you won't mind if we just take that gun off you, will you? It's for your own good, terrorists might get hold of it and shoot you, so it's better you hand it in to the government, that's a good boy! Oh, and you won't mind if we impose a curfew after 10 PM will you, it'll only be for a couple of centuries, just until the terrorists are gone.

While we are in such accord, we need to be able to arrest people for a few days if we think they might be related to someone who once had a cousin who lived next door to a suspected terrorist, so we can beat the living hell out of them, to see if they know anything. No, they won't have any right to remain silent. Now how could we find out anything if people can remain silent? All those old rights have got to go, we can't keep you safe from terrorists if we can't arrest 14 year olds and hold them in communicardo for a week. It's only going to affect terrorists, not you citizen, don't worry. I'm from the government and you can trust me!

You think I'm paranoid. No way friend, proposals, some very similar to the above satire were just last week (December 2002) rejected by the Australian Senate in a new law, passed by the lower house of parliament to review the ASIO powers of arrest and detention. (ASIO is the Australian version of the CIA)

The question is now, is there anything fundamentally different about the new enemy for a new world order? Are the "terrorists" just dupes and front men, of undoubted zeal in their Jihad, in reality being manipulated and financed by an unseen hand?

The lessons of history point to just such a scenario. In unravelling the plots of yesteryear, often with the release of archival documents 30 or more years after the event, many of the past "enemies" have been shown to have been created, manipulated or distorted to serve an agenda far different from what people were told was the case at the time. Over the usually long intervening period of time between actual events and a more complete historical understanding of them, most of the population are taught the "official" version of history, which almost invariably accords with the "propaganda" version contemporary with events. By the time the real truth of matters emerges, often 30 or 40 years or more later, most people are so convinced of the truth of the version that they have been taught, that the more complete and accurate information newly available is incompatible with their established and comfortable beliefs, and so is usually either never taken account of, or is dismissed as "conspiracy theory", when in fact the new version is often based on far more complete and often incontrovertible documentary evidence, and frank disclosures of the principal parties than the original "propaganda" view of events.

So the more "real history" one reads, the more probable it emerges that the new enemy, "terrorism", has factors in common with its historical, antecedents, rogue states, communism, Nazism, Prussian militarism, and their more ancient historical counterparts back to Roman times.

Enemies have often been exaggerated, misrepresented, distorted, even created, to manipulate the fears of the masses, to suit the agenda of the current rulers of people.

That such a possibility exists in relation to the real nature of the new enemy "terrorism", is the clear lesson of history. It is not a conspiracy theory to recognise a theoretical possibility based on a myriad of examples from historical record. Those who do not learn from history are destined to relive it.

Few in any population are capable of any analytical thought, some say less than 15%, the 85% are by nature and ability followers, "sheeple". Thus we have global "terrorism", a globalised stateless enemy, for a globalised stateless world.

As in WW1, WW2, Korea and Vietnam, it is the common people of America, the GI's, the expendable sheeple, who are first to be duped, having had so much practice in being duped the 85% of sheeple are very good at it by now, while a small minority of the 15% that could possibly figure it out, if they tried, wring their hands in frustration as it happens all over again. First to be expected to put their lives on the line to fight the "enemy", first to die, but not too many, because the folks back home are a bit queasy about lots of body bags, so they use all sorts of high tech, to slaughter the enemy by remote control. Doesn't always result in a military victory though, 50,000 Americans died in Vietnam, millions of Vietnamese were killed, but America still "lost" the war in military terms, if you believe the conventional accounts of what it was about.

So what's it all about? Nothing new, same old stuff, money and power. Times change, but the fundamentals don't. By the year 2,040 historians will be writing books explaining how Osama bin Laden was financed, why the US air force did nothing for over an hour while airliners flew all over the USA apparently hijacked. How the German airline Lufthanza discovered and removed the secret remote control functions built in to the computer systems of its US made aircraft. How the NSA built trojans into Windows, and why the German security service stopped using Windows and wrote their own computer operating system. All about the oil pipelines through Afganistan and the new oil reserves that will last the rest of the centuary, and how Sadam was supplied with weapons from Russia, paid for by Wall Street bankers. In 2,040 they will have the private diaries of today's presidents and spies, the secret cabinet papers and the files from MI6, the Mossad and the CIA, the US senate inquiries that ran on and off all through the first decade of the twenty first centaury. Just like we now have for WW1 and WW2.

The revealing detailed works of historical review yet to be published around 2,040 with their copious histographical references to undisputable archival records will be perused by a few and reviewed in the mainstream media as lunatic conspiracy theories, described as pompous, narcissistic, self-serving, egotistical, condescending, sociopathic tirades of venomous drivel, but most will never read them. The 85% will still be taught in school that American heroes died in Iraq in June 2003 "Because "they" hated our freedom". The President said so!

But most folks won't know or care, they will be too panic stricken by the NEW space age enemy, by the latest CNN reports of the newest Martian landing in Tashkent. They are here to harvest earthlings for food the papers report. Some "conspiracy theorist" will draw a parallel between this latest piece of concocted hysteria and the WW1 propaganda of 120 years ago when the papers reported the Germans cut the hands off Belgian babies. That wasn't true either, but it was a great line to stir up the peasants at the time. Even helped in a small way to mould public opinion to suck the USA into WW1. Wonderful war that was, best bottom line ever! Wouldn't have been half the fun without the Yanks old chap! Do come again to our next war! And they did too.

You know we had a much better world when America was isolationist. Go home Yanks. Please!

* This is not an article of historical research. It is a synthesis of contemporary observations and information about historical events which the author has researched and combined into a plausible hypothesis of contemporary power structures and events based on such research, and possible conclusions to be drawn from them. As such it draws conclusions not all of which are conclusively supported by undeniable historical research, although there is much research to support the historical facts referred to. It is therefore an opinion, which I believe to be a well informed one, although I understand the complex nature of the matter well enough to realise that some elements may be in error, which I shall revise as more information is unearthed. Therefore all conclusions can not be regarded as authoritative until others further uncover the facts by additional revisionist historical research.

Knowledge is Power. - Bush rules, for whom?

Search the Internet - The TRUTH is out there.

10/8/2002 Saturday, North Long Jim Loop Road, near Grand Canyon, AZ.. Starting out early we headed toward Flagstaff at 25MPH with hazard flashers on nursing a damaged front tire that had now developed two nasty looking bulges. The 75 miles passed slowly and uneventfully, and there wasn't much traffic going our way, most were heading toward the Canyon for the weekend. Arriving in Flagstaff we found a Discount Tire Co. who didn't have a new tire to fit but had a good guaranteed secondhand one which they would fit and balance for $84, about half the cost of a new one. Amazingly they managed to do it properly, first time we have had anything done to Bounder that wasn't a drama. They didn't even try and cheat on the price, stuck to the price quoted.

Selling Bounder

At the Kinko's shop I was again able to get Internet access for free, and start the process of placing our advertisement for Bounder on Ebay.

At the Wal-Mart in Flagstaff we noted signs prohibiting overnight parking, due to a city ordinance. However there were several RVs parked and I asked the manager about the situation. It was the usual story, Wal-Mart welcomes you, and has no objection to overnight parking. However in this case they said that the city police did sometimes hassle RVs about 1.30AM and tell them to leave, but we were welcome to stay there and try our luck. There isn't much shade in the carpark and we decided to find the National Forest ranger station to get a map of the forest which surrounds Flagstaff. We found it wasn't open on a Saturday but by exploring along Lake Mary Road we found several well shaded forest areas for day parking. They had no camping signs but nothing about no overnight parking. Even in the National Forest within the city limits of Flagstaff there are no camping signs.

Exploring along the Lake Mary Road past Lower Lake Mary, at Upper Lake Mary we came to a NF boat launching area with a parking area, picnic ground and toilets, and parked there for the night. No camping signs in the picnic area, but no parking restrictions in the parking lot. Although the lake was very low, due to the unusually dry conditions in Arizona over the past several years, a number of people were fishing from the shore and from boats. Thousands of large edible bivalve clam like shellfish were in the shallows, being stranded as the waters receded. We were unsure weather to try eating them, fearing that the lake may be polluted.

The condition of a lot of the roads around the town is very bad, although Flagstaff is no worse in this respect than many towns we have seen during our tour. Like many main roads and even some of the interstate highways in the US they are severely cracked. Perhaps it is damage from frost, or earthquakes, but so many roads are in poor condition we were truly amazed to find such widespread deterioration of infrastructure in a country like the USA. There is a lot of roadwork going on all over the country at present, because they do most of it in the summer in areas subject to severe winters and heavy snow, but there are so many badly deteriorated roads that the overall situation is probably getting worse despite all the reconstruction work.

11/8/2002 Sunday, Lake Mary, near Flagstaff, AZ. We returned to Flagstaff to Kinko's to finish listing Bounder on Ebay. Later we explored around the town looking for suitable overnight parking closer to town where we wouldn't be hassled. We want to be able to commute in to Kinko's each day to check progress on our auction of Bounder and answer any e-mail inquiries about it.

Exploring westward we got on to I40 heading west and took the first exit we came to A1 Mountain Road, which immediately enters National Forest where 14 day camping is permitted. Within about a mile along a well graded dirt road we found a number of well shaded forest campsites, some occupied, but a nice vacant place provided yet another free boondock, not far from RV unfriendly Flagstaff.

12/8/2002 Monday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Rd, Flagstaff, AZ. Back in to Flagstaff and we find the Ebay auction is going well with 1699 hits on our advert and 22 bids so far with the bidding up to $6,050.00 after only one day. I had paid an extra $19.95 for a prominent listing at the start of the RV category and also $5 extra for color highlight and $4 for bold face listing. Along with the $40 listing fee, it all comes to around $70. Then if we sell it (get a bid over the reserve) another 1.5% of the selling price. So Ebay is not a cheap way to sell, but it does seem to be effective in getting wide coverage. There are a few questions from bidders and I am able to answer them

Apart from buyers questions there were some comments on this Internet site too. Since I started it about 15 months ago, with the Europe trip story, most are favorable, by about a 10 to 1 ratio, to unfavorable. It seems that some very few people really get upset at my frankness and outspokenness about the USA. But generally not the Americans that have commented, the greatest tirade has apparently come from a disgruntled fellow Australian, who was so upset he said I shouldn't even come home. "We" don't want you back he says. Well who the hell is "We"? Perhaps the pompous idiot has adopted the Royal plural, and fancies himself as King of Australia, able to banish any truculent subjects from his realm upon a whim. Apparently some people don't believe in free speech, which is one thing I have to praise the Americans for. Even if a lot of them aren't a full bottle on foreign affairs, at least they are free to say whatever they like about it. In fact any harsh words I've had to say are mostly about government policy, not people, except the lying cheating auto mechanics that I've encountered!

At the NF ranger station we find that the A1 Mountain Road we have already discovered is about the closest free legal forest camping to Flagstaff. They were able to give us a list of RV dumpsites, and the Giant service stations have free dumps.

13/8/2002 Tuesday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Road, Flagstaff, AZ. We are starting to pack up things we won't need until we get home, and Sharon is spring cleaning Bounder for the new owner, whoever that is. The auction is going well 2,397 hits and some more bids now up to $7,000.00.

Boondock along A1 Mountain Rd, near Flagstaff, AZ.

Around the car park under the shade of the trees where we parked to go to Kinko's sit about half a dozen men, and one woman, spending hours just talking and whiling away the time. When I go out to get something from Bounders under floor storage one of them asks me where I'm from and they all start chatting to me. They are all Navajo native Americans. Some of them seem clearly affected by alcohol and slur their words, but all are friendly and respectful and want to ask me questions and they all shake hands with me as we have a short conversation. One is trying to get a job to get money to go home to his reservation, maybe tomorrow he says. They were a sad lot in a way, obviously poor and lacking any skills, just like our Australian Aborigines finding it still very hard to adjust to life in the foreign culture that took their land from them. We can't get any good paying jobs one tells me. They know about the Australian "Outback". Had I been there one of them asks? They know of our "funny" Australian animals, as one put it, referring to Kangaroos, and of course several knew about the "Crocodile Man" Steve Irwin, the most famous Australian in the USA it seems, having replaced "Crocodile Dundee".

I don't know why Americans find people wrestling with crocodiles so unusual, everyone in the Australian outback does it before breakfast, instead of going to the gym. Now Florida's full of Alligators, Isn't it? What's wrong with them as wrestling partners?

Perhaps some enterprising company could start serving "Aussie Croc-Burgers" and we Australians could get some revenge on you Yanks for flooding our country with your cursed Big Macs! Now I thought of that name, and I retain the rights to the name ''Aussie Croc Burgers ©", and if anyone uses it without permission, I'm sure one of those nice lawyers that advertise their litigation services on American TV would love to sue the pants off you for a slice of the damages.

One of the Navajo men remains behind when the others leave, sleeping on the ground near a bus shelter, and just outside our RV. A Flagstaff cop comes along and questions him for a while about what he is doing, runs warrant and identity checks but then leaves the Indian to his own devices. Did it all very politely and professionally too, we could hear all the conversation. Next thing the cop knocks on our door to inquire if we intend to stay there the night, and to tell us about the city ordinance prohibiting overnight parking. I tell him I am Aussie tourist, we are selling the RV on the Internet and we come in to Kinko's shop each day from our National Forest home. He seems suitably impressed and bids us good afternoon. It's only 3PM and they are on to the RV's about parking, so it seems that Flagstaff is a lot more particular about enforcing their ordinance than some other towns that have similar but very laxly policed rules. After checking the e-mail it's back to the forest, only 7 miles from the center of town.

14/08/2002 Wednesday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Road, Flagstaff, AZ. We check the auction, it's going well, and spend the rest of the day reading. There are supposed to be something like 20 million RVs in the USA, so although it is a big market, there are lots for sale. You see them all along the roads in small towns, with for sale signs on them. That's apart from the thousands in dealers yards. So selling here is very different to selling our Ford Transit in London. It was much simpler and quicker there. Here the best way to get a big audience, and achieve a realistic price is an Ebay Internet auction. The trouble is it takes time, a week for the auction, and probably at least a week or more after to get settlement. If you plan on buying an RV in the US make sure you allow plenty of time for the selling, or you will get severely ripped off if you have to sell to a dealer, who probably already has too many secondhand RVs on his books, and will only want yours if he gets it at rock bottom price, or you agree to leave it with him to sell on commission, which could take a long long time.

15/08/2002 Thursday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Road, Flagstaff, AZ. Bounder makes $8,100.00 on the auction so far, with 3,500 hits on the advert. That's good, when we bought it it was at $8,100 on the second last day, and had only 3000 hits when there were only 200 odd RVs on Ebay, now there are 470 for sale. Usually there is more spirited bidding in the last day, often the last hour, so we are optimistic of getting a good percentage of our money back. The NADA guide had a low retail of $15,000 on it with the extensive inventory of equipment it has and the very low mileage, back in March when I bought it.

Passing the Wal-Mart about 8.45AM on the way into town we see a number of RV's parked as if they may have stayed the night, so maybe they didn't get hassled.

16/08/2002 Friday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Road, Flagstaff, AZ. Being so close to Flagstaff we were surprised to see Deer and Elk on several occasions not far from our parking place in the National Forest. So now we are just waiting for the auction to end and for the sale to be finalized. We are looking forward to returning home. The price hadn't moved today on our auction, but hits were over 4,000, so we are hopeful that the weekend will see a late surge in bidding.

Notes on American Wine.

If you have read our Europe 2000 trip report on this site, you will know that we found European wines to be delightful, and cheap too, for remarkably good quality. We have tried a number of wines during our tour of the US, red and white table wines, and even a bottle of American Champagne. We bought wines around US$4 to $6 a bottle, and some gallon and half gallon glass flagons for around $6 and $9 respectively. We found the half and one gallon flagons to be good value, particularly in the Carlo Rossi and Livingstone brands. Ernst and Julio Gallo also make nice reds for around $4 to $6 a bottle.

Compared to Europe where excellent French, Spanish and Italian wines can be had for under US$1.00 a liter, wine is relatively very expensive in the USA. Considering the exchange rate wine is broadly speaking about twice the price of comparable items in Australia.

Dollar Parity applies to the price of wine in the US too.

Just like in Europe you can pay much higher prices if you want to, and get very little extra for your money. Cask wine (in cardboard boxes with a plastic bladder inside) is available, but not so commonly as in Australia. Glass containers are more popular in the US. You don't see the 1 gallon flagons in Australia at all. I wish you did, as I have taken to making my own wine from fruit grown in our own orchard of some 50 fruit trees, and gallon jars would be great. The best we can get is 2 liter flagons.

The red wine styles and grape varieties are much the same as in Australia or Europe, it is in the white table wines where there are dramatic differences. The difference is mainly in the sweetness of the wine. We ended up only buying white wine which was labeled Chablis, because most of the American whites are far sweeter than their Australian or European counterparts. We usually like a Rhine Riesling style, but in America several we tried were more like a very sickly sweet Suterns style wine.

I think the reason may lie in the American palette which has been conditioned to accept so many unhealthy highly sweetened foods, so the wine makers have adapted wine styles to suit. A bottle of Champagne labeled "Extra Dry" was in fact far sweeter than anything similarly labeled that I have tasted in Australia or Europe, definitely as sweet as the very sweetest styles in other countries. Even Chablis was more like half way between a Riesling and a Suternes style in any other country. I can only imagine with horror how sweet any American wine actually labeled as "sweet" may be.

Some may argue that it is a matter of taste, and yes it is, to some degree, but I am convinced that there is more to it here. The American appetite for sugar is unusually high, conditioned to be that way by the relentless marketing of fast foods and carbonated drinks, locally referred to as "pop", which I have heard three year olds entreating their mothers to buy, from their supermarket trolley seats. Most processed foods are also unusually high in sugar, by the standards of other countries.

American marketing believes in catching them young and getting them addicted to sugar and junk foods, then when their health is ruined, they will be a captive market for the drug companies. Yes I know that's a pretty harsh view, but I just call it as I see it. No other explanations seem adequate to explain the insanity of what has happened here to the dietary habits and health of a significant portion of the population. The white wine styles are just another manifestation of it.

So if you buy white wine in the US on your tour, now you know what to do.

17/08/2002 Saturday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Road, Flagstaff, AZ. The morning check of the Ebay auction is a bit disappointing. Still no movement in the price, sitting around $8,100, just above the reserve. It seems odd that the bidding has come to a screeching halt once the reserve was met. Maybe it isn't a good idea to set a reserve, or if you do set it very high, and then offer it to the highest bidder. The trouble then is that neither the bidder nor the seller is committed to the sale. I set a low reserve of $8,000 not because we feel that is all it is worth, but because we wanted to make sure that we got a sale. We don't want to be hanging around for weeks trying to sell our RV when we want to go home. We have actually ironed out a lot of bugs in Bounder and I had hoped to get over $10,000. We paid $12,100, but there are now almost twice as many RV's for sale on Ebay as there were in March when we bought. On the other hand comparable vehicles with higher mileage seem to be getting higher bids better, so I'm a little mystified.

18/08/2002 Sunday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Road, Flagstaff, AZ. The auction ends today. Yesterday afternoon there were three new e-mail inquiries about Bounder which we answered, so we are hopeful of some new bidders entering the market at the last minute. This happened in the two auctions I watched closely when buying bounder. At the first check at 9AM there was no change in the bids, a bit disappointing, but there were more e-mail inquiries which we answered, and phoned one potential buyer. By 12PM things were happening it was up to $9,100, and the expected rush of bidding came in the last few minutes with a new bidder taking the prize in the last seconds of the auction at $11,100.

Total hits on the Ebay advertisement were over 5,400. Paying the extra for boldface type, coloured highlighting and listing at the beginning of the RV section seems to have been well worth while.

Not only that but the disappointed runner up immediately e-mailed offering to buy if the winner failed to contact us, and to drive us to LosAngeles airport and accommodate us in a hotel for two days, if we would deliver the RV to Santa Barbara, about 90 miles north of LosAngeles. So we are very pleased with the result and if the winner proceeds with his deal we will have only lost $1,000 on what we paid for Bounder. Considering that there are twice as many RVs for sale on Ebay now that is a good result.

19/08/2002 Monday, National Forest, A1 Mountain Road, Flagstaff, AZ. Today's job is to check the e-mail for a reply from the buyer, whom we had immediately e-mailed instructions on how to pay the deposit and to contact us within 24 hours. Then we have to plan the delivery and handover, and work it in with our return flights which we will reschedule with Japan Airlines as soon as we have made the delivery and payment arrangements.

20/8/2002 Tuesday, Flagstaff, AZ. After some doubts that the deal would proceed, we received the auction winners deposit by wire transfer. Driving at night we proceeded to Las Vegas where the buyer lived. Although he had the deposit it was a couple of days before the rest of the money was to be available, so we boondocked in the carpark of the Excalibur Casino until the Friday when settlement took place. The buyer had been following this Internet site, and we shared a number of coincident views on the American situation. Not all Americans are brainwashed serfs.

21/8/2002 Wednesday - Friday, Las Vegas, NV. We visited a couple of the big casinos, mainly to escape the heat, but really we had no desire to be back in Las Vegas. Americans come her for holidays and throw their money away on the gambling tables, apparently believing that such profligate stupidity will bring them happiness. To us we can't imagine a less desirable place to come for a holiday. In the summer it is extremely hot and other than the totally artificial environment of the casinos and hotels, there is nothing in my opinion to come here for. It is a desolate desert area, with no appealing landscape features. I can only conclude that it is a testimony to the warped values of mainstream America that a place like this could appeal to so many as a desirable vacation destination.

24/8/2002 Saturday, Las Vegas NV. I think America has gone mad with Airport security. After being notable as having one of the most lax airport security systems among developed countries for many years, they have gone to other truly ridiculous extremes. Not content to X ray check in baggage (using apparently antiquated X-Ray equipment which will ruin undeveloped film which must be removed from your check in baggage at many US airports. They at least do have warning signs posted. They will often also pull it all apart and have considerable difficulty in repacking it properly for you. They are so paranoid and officious that they won't even let you help repack your own belongings. Even snooping through books and reading parts of them, looking for what, subversive literature? Then you are searched not just once, but often twice within a few minutes, before boarding a plane. Frisked twice with metal detectors, have your shoes and feet examined with explosive sniffing machines, and in all the confusion then handed the wrong carry on baggage. Several American passangers were complaining that they had endured this process three times before getting on a plane.

I think the "terrorists" have won a convincing victory, Americans are jumping at shadows. They may have bombed Afghanistan, they might bomb Iraq, Christ knows the evil bastads that the poor fools habitually elect as leaders might even bomb Australia some day if our gutless Australian governments ever stand up to them, close down their military bases and send their bloody fast food companies packing.

We returned to Australia on Monday August 26. My hope is that the mindless tendency of our own dumb Australians to ape all things American might slow down a bit. Of all the countries in the world I have travelled to, or lived in, America is the worst role model any society could possibly adopt.

Rear view mirror. - Some Comments on the trip with the benefit of hindsight.

If you are undecided as to where to go for your campervan holiday, and you have to choose between Europe and America, go to Europe! It has landscape, cuisine, culture, architecture and history, Western America has landscape, and not much else!

The cost of owning Bounder amounted to capital loss of $1,000, plus the cost of repairs $794, registration $207, insurance $548 (less a pro rata rebate of $290 when we cancel after only 6 months) and extra airfares involved in getting to Phoenix, $466, and the cost of outfitting with crockery, cutlery cookware about $100, and materials used to reseal the roof, windows and blinds $50, will add another $1,900, total vehicle cost $2,900. It was a lot cheaper than hiring an RV for 5 months.

There is of course considerable uncertainty in buying an RV to tour, repairs are difficult to predict, and the ultimate resale price is up to the market, but it has worked out very well. This being the second time we have done a similar deal, the first being on our European tour in 2000, I think that careful planning is the key to making it work, and a bit of good fortune.

However having had the experience of this tour, I don't think you need anything like 5 months to see the really unique and worthwhile sites of the western USA. As described in the tour diary in our view they are "The Golden Circle of the West", The Grand Canyon, and a selection of the national parks of Utah, in particular, Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, Arches, would provide a magnificent cross section of the really great sights. Combine this with The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone and you have seen the best.

With a hired RV vehicle you could do this in around six to eight weeks, although the cost would be more for hiring the vehicle than the $2,900 Bounder will have cost for our 5 month trip. Certainly you won't see all we did, but then most of you wouldn't want to, as there is an awful lot of less interesting scenery and nondescript small towns along the way. Also we feel that some of the areas we visited may be great domestic destinations, but aren't sufficiently distinctive to warrant the attention of the international tourist.

If you want to do it like we did, our experiences will help you plan and execute your trip. You could certainly cover more ground in the time we took, as we went at a leisurely pace and often lingered in quiet stream side campsites for a few days. In Europe we travelled 12,000 miles in about the same time, here we have travelled only about 8,500 miles, and we have seen all we wanted to, without starting out on another circuit to the east.

Initially we had considered the possibility of storing the RV and doing another tour next year. We don't want to after this tour. We want to do some more touring in our own country next year.

We anticipated the natural attractions, the National Parks would be the highlights of our tour, and they have been. The cities and towns, with only a couple of exceptions, have been every bit as uninteresting as we had been led to believe from other international tourists reports on the Internet, so they weren't really a disappointment to us. We expected that. Even expecting little, most US western towns have no individual character or charm, little history of interest to most foreigners except for "western" aficionados, and they are all much the same, sprawling expanses of fast food joints and carparks.

Someone commenting on the site pointed out that we had missed all the history of the US by not touring the eastern parts. Yes I agree, but we felt that for anything less than about a one year tour, you couldn't include everything, and it was the natural wonders of the US west we were particularly interested in this trip. We have seen them and we are well pleased, and commend them to anyone with similar interests. Our cautions are to be selective, and hence our recommendations for a shorter trip. You could perhaps combine that with some of the east coast, in which case buying an RV would still be the best proposition.

However to see the real highlights of the west in a six to eight week tour, hiring an RV may be a better proposition. For one thing your costs may be higher, but they would be more certain, and you don't need to allow an extra three weeks for buying and selling the vehicle. We can tell you that now, because we have been here and done it.

If you are going to buy, you need to allow about one to two weeks to find and buy a good RV, and then two to three weeks to sell it again on Ebay. We think that Ebay is the most practical way to sell here. There are literally millions of RVs for sale all over the country, and any other way could see you waiting for weeks or months for a sale, or going to a dealer and selling for peanuts. If you went to a very large city advertising in a trade paper may get you a quick sale, but I have some doubts. The RV market is so different here from in London where we were able to sell our Ford Transit camper after our 2,000 tour of Europe, within three days of advertising it in "The Loot". Leaving the RV with a dealer to sell on commission is one alternative, but as you have little control of the situation once you leave the country, it doesn't appeal to us.

The total cost of our holiday, all inclusive was about A$21,000. That includes absolutely everything we spent, including airfares, visas, even taxi to the airport and home. We also kept careful records so we know what we spent. If you deduct the usual costs of food, electricity, phone and vehicle fuel that we would have used if we had been at home, the extra cost over and above what it would have cost to stay home came to around A$18,000, not bad for an almost 6 month holiday.

And Americans wonder, Why do they hate US??????? 100 years of US global military interference.

It just shows how profoundly ignorant about the outside world most Americans are, that the answer isn't abundantly clear!

It is because of your (American) government's foreign policies, exploiting, dominating, interfering, arrogant policies, and for supporting or installing unpopular dictators, undermining popular governments that don't suit corporate America's business agenda, and for bombing country after country, globally. You are "imperilaists", in the worst possible sences of the word, but most of you are so ignorant of what your country does in the world, you don't even realise it.

It is particularly because of your government's approach in the middle east, and most of all to do with your blind support of Israel, whom you support no matter what cruel acts of terrorism Israel perpetrates against the Palestinians and other Arabs, and no matter how many UN resolutions Israel violates. No wonder there are suicide bombers, the Arabs have few other ways to strike back at a technically superior enemy that continually escalates the cycle of violence.

These facts do not excuse terrorism, but they do explain the motivation of terrorism.

Americans must stop looking at the symptoms of the terrorism disease, start to recognize the basic cause of the disease. It's you America, and your pals in Israel!

If you want to understand what the problem of "terrorosm" is realy caused by, read "The Clash of Fundamentalisms" by British Islamic author Tariq Ali. - Available at Amazon.com

(Yes, that is US President Bush on the book's cover in Mullah's garb, suits him don't you think?)

Do you hate your freedom too?

We were in the end glad to leave America and return home. We had enjoyed what we came to enjoy, the National Parks and the rugged landscape beauty of the western states. The people too were always friendly wherever we went, they like Australians, and individually most ordinary Americans are likable too.

It was also interesting to move among them, observe them, and watch their TV, drive through their towns and get a feeling for what influences and motivates them. However as a Nation State, America is far removed from the better values of most of it's common people.

Sorry America but, after taking a close look for almost six months, apart from your magnificent natural landscapes, and friendly common people, I don't like your governments foreign policies, corporate culture or general way of life any better than I did before my visit. Until you change your ways, radically, I can't imagine a lot of the people of the rest of the world having any genuine affection for America either. Your government may have so called allies, countries whose governments are controlled by the same forces as control yours, but not a lot of real friends. You are imperialists and oppressors of the world, but most of you are so blinded by propaganda that you believe all the nonsense your government spouts about defending freedom and democracy, when you are in fact bringers of death and misery to much of the world.

I certainly don't envy Americans, in fact I feel sorry for most of them. The ones who know so little of the world, and believe their obnoxious system of predatory capitalism is the best, who believe that they still have some semblance of democracy and freedom.

Americans believe themselves to be FREE, there is the greatest illusion! Their vision of what is freedom, is itself a creation of the media. Most Americans do not comprehend the extent to which they are manipulated, brainwashed, indoctrinated, nor do they comprehend the immensity of their ignorance of the outside world, hence they think of freedom almost exclusively in terms of their ability to exercise free speech.

They fail to realize that what they speak about, what they think about, what they value, what they fear, what they love and what they hate, are the products of the ongoing manipulation of their minds. They are free to speak of only that which they are able to think about. Their speech may be free, but their thoughts are bound by the chains of propaganda. They are not alone, we in Australia are on the same cursed path to hell.

Freedom in America is not to be defined in terms of borders and bars (unless you happen to be a jail bird) it is to me defined by the state of mind of the citizen. An essential ingredient of freedom is informed consent, made on the basis of the availability of truthful and substantially complete information to form opinions. In this respect I think Americans are among the least free of the peoples of the earth. They are not free because they are denied a truthful and substantially complete view of the world. They are not free because the opinions and views most of them form, are carefully manipulated creations of the vast propaganda machine which is their main stream media. They are not free because they are manipulated into adopting health destroying lifestyles. They are not free because they are manipulated to think their cause is always just, when in fact it is seldom anything more than the commercial self interest of the giant predatory corporations that rule their lives, and exercise a brutal imperialist dominance over much of the earth.

The freedom which most Americans think they have reminds me of the artificial plastic illusions of Las Vegas. The fairy tale replica castle behind the Excalibur Casino is symbolic of America's so called freedom, it is all a fabrication (of the media), an illusion, not strong, not solid and as far removed from being a real castle as America's serfs are from being freemen.

When the Moslems speak of America as "The Great Satan", I can't help but agree, wholeheartedly, that never a truer word was spoken. Coming from an atheist and Orthodox Iconoclast, that is about the most damming condemnation I could make of anyone. Well you've earned it America the the Nation State. Strangely the other America, the land of "we the people", couldn't be more different.

Those few Americans who are still free of mind, and I met some of them on our travels in your land, good simple honest people, however small a minority, are the only true hope of the nation. People like the Park Ranger, folks I shared altogether too many drinks with in a forest campsite, and the young man who bought our RV.

Please take control of your own country again, the world can't continue to live with America as it is currently behaving, and has been for many years, as the supreme terrorist state, that ought to know better.

A "War ON terrorism", is a nonsense. War IS terrorism !

For those reading only the pompous, narcissistic, self-serving, egotistical, condescending, sociopathic political tirades of venomous drivel stuff, and following the "bomb trail", if you still haven't suffered an attack of apoplexy, and want to do the loop again, click on this bomb to return to the start.

The saving grace of America is this.

The concepts expressed in this document are protected by the basic human right to freedom of speech, as guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, reaffirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court as applying to the Internet content on June 26, 1997.

This is one piece of American culture I would like to see adopted in Australia, because as sure as hell we are loosing our free speech. Unfortunately it isn't going to happen. Australia is already under control of the NWO, so there will be no more rights for the people, short of global revolution, and if the great cyclic patterns of history are any guide, that is unlikely for several hundred years at least. The only reason you in America have such rights is they were enshrined in the Constitution when your country was once free.

Guard your rights.

And watch your arse, your ass, your donkey, and your eagle!

The End
