My Objects
Laces and Gems
A read me file is included in each zip file
with instructions for importing these objects. All objects have been
cut out, and have transparent backgrounds. This readme file is also on
the bottom of this page.
Now I am offering my objects as ping files
also, so users of other programs can use them too. If you use Paint
shop Pro, the directions for saving your files for use in Photo Impact
is also included. I encourage you to begin offering your own creations
in Ping format too so that more programs will be able to use them.
In the making of these objects I have developed some techniques for converting a scanned lace image to an object. They are written for Photo Impact. Click here to read the directions to make your own lace objects.

objects read me
1. Create a new folder
anywhere on your hard drive you'd like.
2. Extract the files in the
zip file into this new folder.
3. Open photo impact, and
then your easy palette.
4. Open the object libraries
section of the easy palette.
5. Right click on one
of the group names and click again on import.
6. Browse to find the folder
you just created, and click on the name of the group. Click ok.
7. A new group will
appear in your easy palette named according to the name of the uol.
You can rename it by right clicking on the name and click again on description.
8. Objects downloaded in groups
with a uol file should not be deleted, so put your folder where you know
it won't be deleted.
