July 1, 2001 - It's finally here! We have now received the shipment of my new jazz standards album, "Some of These Days." I really love the work of my friends and musical "brothers" on this album. I never cease to be amazed at the incredible talent that is all around me right here in Tulsa! The CD's are available now in both Tulsa Borders.

We are moving "full steam ahead" toward the CD release party, which will be taking place on Sunday evening, July 22d, at the beautifully rennovated club in the Brady Arts District, the Majestic. I've arranged with the musicians who helped me put this album together to be there so we can perform the songs from the album together live. We have sent out a whole bunch of invitations to just about everyone we know and will have ads for the party in the Tulsa World on Friday - Sunday, July 20-22. I also plan to fit in as many personal appearances as I can schedule on local TV and radio to let my fans know about the release party and the new project generally.
