THE GUN DOOM
Info:
The Gun is a comic strip i made up when i was around 12 years old, the main character was called Steve gunn, and it was set in world war 3 in the year 2020. It had absolutley nothing to do with current politics, instead i just arbitarily grouped loads of randomly picked countries together under "Wolf force", The good guys (Who's logo looked oddly like that of the wolverhampton football team) and "Stealth force", who where the bad guys. Not that any of this counted in the actual comics, for instance china was included in stealth force for the simple reason lots of people live there, so the main characters could shoot more people, but then all the people (except one) in the comic where white, and spoke english anyway. Steve himself used a special gun called, imaginitvley, The gun, it was a machine gun, flamethrower and grenade launcher all in one (though oddly small, imagine a pringles tube and a shoebox stuck to the side of a UZI). And even more bizarrley even though it was really effective he had the only one in the whole world, and the wolf force commanders never thought to make more. The gun for doom will probably have a re-design of the gun so its more realistically sized, and will also have more 'features', for instance different types of grenades, and a sniper mode. The levels will be based on locations from the comic.
Weapons:
The gun:
Machine gun mode: Shoots weak 9mm bullets in rapid fire, has an immense magazine size though (or it will if i include reloading)
Sniper mode: Shoots heavier bullets from a smaller clip, also has a fold-out sight
Spread mode: Shoots 9mm bullets in a spread (ie its a shotgun XD)
Flame thrower mode 1: A melee attack, shoots a small blast of fire
Flame thrower mode 2: Shoots a 'minature molotov' filled with napalm which travels in a low arc and explodes, starting fires
Flame thrower mode 3: Blasts out nearly all its fuel in one huge fireball
Grenade mode: Fires a grenade a long distance, which explodes
Other weapons:
Shotgun: The doom one
Super shotgun: Isnt sawn-off, so spreads less, its not a 'military' weapon, but you'll be able to raid gunshops and find it
Ripper machine gun: A Tribute to the machinegun component of the original 'the gun', its the futuristic replacement for the MP5
Rapier pistol: Just a cool-looking 9mm pistol i saw in that 'modernised' romeo and juliet movie
Laser: Very secret and experimental weapon, its very powerful though
Grenades: Thrown instead of fired, travel for a shorter distance
Jetpack: Allows you to fly, and also has twin heavy machine guns
Tank: Destroy all in your path
Motorbike: Also has twin machine guns like the jetpack
Attack mech: Walks or flies, has very heavy machine guns
Possible enemies:
Stealth force soldiers: Armed with various weapons such as pistols, shotguns, grenades
Stealth force frogman: They are under water
Spiders: Small and they run fast, if they come across a dead soldier they turn it into a zombie
Zombies: They cant be killed by bullets, only by exploding or burning
Enemy light tank: A futuristic type of 'one man tank' which has a heavy machine gun and missiles built in, but is quite small
Enemy tank: Its very stong and shoots shells, but its also slow and large
Bi-fly: It’s a walking mech-like thing which can fold up and fly as well, has very heavy machine guns, and a laser cannon
Enemy bike: They chase you down and can cut you up with the mounted machine gun in the sidecar
Enemy truck: an off-road jeep-like vehicle which shoots missiles
Attack helicopter: It fires heavy missiles or heavy machine gun bullets, find somewhere to take cover
Jetcopter: Not as powerful as the attack copter, but much faster
M-25A Fighter/bomber: A jet plane, flies fast and shoots missiles
Gunboat: Has a heavy machine gun, and patrols the waterways of jungles and other places
Tank boat: A futuristic looking boat which can fire tank shells.
