Linking Guidelines
80% Original - Meaning stuff that you made yourself. Not stuff that you took or "borrowed" from another site. Also try to have "different" sections. Sections that most sites never thought up of before.
80% Completed - Please don't send me links to sites that only have the layout done. Sorry, but I can't accept sites that don't have sections that are mostly completed. It's not fair to link someone and then have the visitor go to a site that mainly consists of a few affiliations and a splash page. If you send me an anime site and the only section completed is the Dragonball one, I still can't accept your link. This applies to the whole site, not just the part that relates to Dragonball.
No Full DUB/SUBS - I am not really against full episodes, just the how the people use them. Right now I won't accept sites with full eps of DUB/SUB marketed by Funi because if you want to "preview" them before you buy them, you can just go to Blockbuster or something and rent them. Fansub full eps (That don't have eps marketed in the U.S) on the other hand, I will allow because you can't really rent them out to see if they are worth buying.
Link Updates - Are only ONCE a month. I just got kind of annoyed about how many times I would have to update links all the time. I never liked the idea of link submissions because it's hard to keep track of when they are gonna be, and sometimes they are so short that when you finally find out it's the day that they end. My submissions are always open; I just collect the link submissions that were accepted and them post them up the next month.
Link Removals - I haven't had to do this yet, but I just want to make it clear. If I link your site, but then later on I check on the site and see you post up something that is against my guidelines then I will just remove the link. No warning, no email. Just a simple removal.
I also recommend for you to read the suggestions before you submit your link. It has some tips that also mention some annoyances for visitors on websites.
