DBZ: Overhyped in America?
I think that at the rate that DBZ merchandise is coming out in NA (That's North America, for those of you who didn't know.), that DBZ will die a horrid, horrid death. Just look at the shit that's coming out! The "action figures" (If you can call them that) look like shit, that had been put in a mold, dried, and painted. This is NOT the way to make action figures. Hell, the things would fall apart, if you handled them the wrong way! I remember playing with G.I Joes, when I was about 3 years old, and they were durable. Now, if Irwin would take after Hasbro, and make action figures that amounted to anything, then some of the older DBZ fans wouldn't be bitching about it. Another thing that I’ve noticed, is the fact that Irwin seems to be trying to get each series of figures out as quickly as possible. This type of shit just pisses me off, but they don't care about anything, other than the money.

FUNi has been doing a respectable job with the tapes lately. The Androids tapes I saw were pretty good, especially for FUNi. They haven't Ben trying to get the tapes out that quickly, but they're selling all this other DBZ merchandise at an insane rate. They need to slow down, or else they might kill DBZ in NA.

At least DBZ hasn't become too much like Pokemon. They had fucking Pokemon underwear out! Now, Pokemon is almost dead. So, there IS a God, after all....

One thing I would like to point out, Japan had shit like DBZ eyedrops, but the thing is, they put out their merchandise more slowly, over a period of several years. FUNi and Irwin have been selling merchandise for a few months, at an insane rate.

These are the kinds of things that ruin a good thing. I just hope that FUNi and Irwin slow down....

The End.

Author's note: I know, this editorial was really short, and I didn't touch on too much, but I plan to make up for it considerably in the next editorial. Oh, and in my last editorial, I left out something about Metal Gear Solid: You have the option to make cigarettes. Why something this fucking minor would get a game an M rating is beyond me. hell, people smoke every day. I just thought I should point that out.
