" An Angel On Earth "

Written by ; Patricia Polack

In Memory of David Leon McLaughlin

If ever there were a Male Angel on earth , it was David .

Tall and handsome , he was a gentleman in everyway .

He was a ray of sunshine that would brighten the dullest day .

He would always greet you with a smile .

A perfect student that made my teaching days worth while .

David loved school and would always  do his best .

No matter what the situation , he would never resist .

To my knowledge , he never complained.

Good days , bad days , his demeanor remained unchanged .

If I had a class filled with students like him ,

I would continue to teach even though my eyes are getting dim.

David had a Heart of Gold .

He delighted in helping the young and the old .

I'm so glad God sent this Angel to me .

Fond Memories of David will remain Eternally .

David was Truly an Angel from birth .

A God sent Angel who spent a short time on earth .

With Heartfelt Sympathy

" My Dad is a Survivor"

My dad is a survivor too...
which is no surprise to me.
He's always been like a lighthouse
that helps you cross a stormy sea.

But, I walk with my dad each day
to lift him when he's down.
I wipe the tears he hides from others.
He cries when noone's around.

I watch him sit up late at night
with my picture in his hand.
He cries as he tries to grieve alone,
and wishes he could understand.

My dad is like a tower of strength.
He's the greatest of them all~!
But there are times when he needs to cry...
Please be there when he falls.

Hold his hand or pat his shoulder...
And tell him it's okay.
Be his strength when he's sad
Help him mourn in his own way.

Now, as I watch over my precious dad
from the Heavens up above...
I'm so proud that he's a survivor...
And, I can still feel his love~!

She's Out Of My Life

By :  Michael Jackson

She's out of my life
She's out of my life
And I don't know whether to laugh or cry
I don't know whether to live or die
And it cuts like a knife
She's out of my life
It's out of my hands
It's out of my hands
To think for two years she was here
And I took her for granted I was so cavalier
Now the way that it stands
She's out of my hands
So I've learned that love's not possession
And I've learned that love won't wait
Now I've learned that love needs expression
But I learned too late
She's out of my life
She's out of my life
Damned indecision and cursed pride
Kept my love for her locked deep inside
And it cuts like a knife
She's out of my life
