Episode #126, Life in the 90's, was made up of three shorts. The third, Butt Out, saw the return of Roddy and Rhubella, and really showcased their very obnoxious personalities. In some ways, this is Rhubella's first real role as she had little more than a cameo in The Acme Bowl. It is in this short that Rhubella for the first (and only) time wears what the fan community seems to consider to be her "standard" costume, and Roddy went through the first of several color changes.

So what color is Roddy, anyway?

Of course, Babs just had to make a comment here...

"Nice outfit, Rhubella. Didn't they have it in your size?"

Now, as you may have noticed, Roddy and Rhubella are smoking in this short. Babs didn't like that very much, so she came up with a special device to help them quit.

They really oughta quit.

And so, after some painful persuasion, Babs convinced her adversaries to give up cigaretts. End of the cartoon, but not of the Perfectos...
