I was feeling kinda bored recently, having a bad cold and as such being home from work will do that to you. So, I went and rewatched all the Tiny Toons episodes that deal with that institution of high brow snobbery, Perfecto Prep. Perfecto, as all fans of Tiny Toons should know, is the rival school to Acme Loo, run by the "Anti-Buster and Babs," Roddy and Rhubella Rat. They are known as this quite simply because they are voiced by Charlie Adler and Tress MacNeille. So, without further hesitation, let's take a look at that nasty school and those wonderful preppies, the Perfectoids.
We were first introduced to Perfecto Prep and its denizens in episode #120, "The Acme Bowl." This story of gridiron intrigue has Roddy schemeing to win the Acme Bowl at all costs, up to and including the subversion of Plucky Duck, with promises of being allowed to transfer to the Prep if Plucky will guarantee that Roddy's team with beat the Loo.

Our first look at Roderick Rat.
After meeting Plucky in a back alleyway, Roddy takes him up to the Prep to show him around.
Meet Danforth Drake. Quite a car no?
Of course, once up at the Prep, Roddy will hold nothing back from Plucky in his attempts to turn him over to Perfecto's cause.
Meet Margot Mallard.
They have nice amenities at Perfecto.
Of course, we know it's all a lie...
Danforth and Margot display their true affections.
And so comes the big game. It is here that we get our first look at Rhubella Rat, dressed up as a cheerleader for Perfecto along with Margot and something else...
"Perfecto. Rah."

A vicotry celebration when against all odds, Acme Loo wins!

And so ended the first appearance of the Perfecto's and their school, but, it wasn't long before they were back...
