kiteboarding:
Open beach with a peer in the side to add for the interest. lots of place on the beach for setup.
buggy:
Good place for buggys, big and open, relatively hard sand.
Warning:
Don't buggy on the sand dune they are protected by low and don't buggy where there is a sign of nesting tortillas.
