Foreign Figures
Argentina
Sometime in the early 1980's, argentina company "Plastirama" got the license to produce and distribute Hasbro's GiJoe line in Argentina. Plastirama went out of business in 1986, and ever since Brazil company Estrela has been shipping their joes to Argentina.

Brazil
Brazil started making their own Joes under license from Hasbro in the early 80's. Under the title "Comandos em Ação", toy company Estrela produced copies of North American figures, but often used alternate paint schemes and bundled the figures with different accessories from their American counterparts. On occasion, Estrela was known to mix and match molds to produce all-new figures as well.

U.K. "Palitoy" - made Action Force figures were packaged on French cards and sold in France, at roughly the same time as they were available in other areas of Europe.

India
Indian company "Funskool" were given the license to produce Habro GiJoe figures in the early 1990's, and have been pumping them out ever since. As with Estrela, Funskool often releases figures with different paint schemes and sometimes mismatched parts, creating all new figures.

In the UK, a company knows as "Palitoy" had a similar action figure line, knows as "Action Force". In the mid 80's, Palitoy obtained the rights to produce GiJoe from Hasbro and the Action Force line turned into "GiJoe: The Action Force", and eventually just "GiJoe".
