Unlike his father, Trunks is a happy person who cares a great deal about his friends and family.
Trunks is the son of Vegeta and Bulma. He was born 2 years after the battle with Freiza, in which he was the one who actually destroyed the tyrant. Future Trunks was trained by his teacher and master Gohan. His skill with the sword is unmatched and deadly to his enemies. Future Trunks uses a time machine to go into the past to defeat Frieza and to give Goku a cure for a heart virus he's infected with. He warns Goku about the arrival of the androids and returns to the future. He arrives back in the past to help in the battle and to prevent his father from being killed.
