Pamela had worked as a PROFESSIONAL CROCHETER for many years and has been a great advocate of crocheting for just as long. She designed crochet projects, wrote the instructions and sold them to yarn manufacturers and different craft magazines. She has also worked freelance as a designer for many of the major yarn companies during the late 1980's and the early 1990's. Pamela told me that " no matter what craft you can think of, I can find a way to apply it to my dolls. The sky is the limit!"

She creates some of the most beautiful and elaborate "OOAK" (one of a kind) fashion dolls you see today.

Pamela will be accepting commissions on a limited basis in the upcoming year. She wants to make sure she has plenty of time to accomplish the plans and goals she has made in the year 2002.

She will be teaching a workshop at the first annual "CUSTOMDOLLS CONVENTION" which will be held in Austin, Texas February 28, - March 1, 2, and 3 2002. She will be sharing some of the tips she uses to achieve the wonderful details on her dolls that she is so well known for.

Take a look at her "OOAK" Mendalia. The magic is in the details, especially the dragon helmet, on this amazing doll. She is planning to include some new unique "Limited Editions" in her 2002 doll line. She will continue to do her elaborate "OOAK" designs because these are her favorites. She has many new surprises and is trying several different techniques to create more of her award winning OOAK fashion dolls for us to enjoy in the year 2002.

Pamela is also looking forward to attending her first "National Barbie® Doll Convention" in Denver, Colorado next year and hopes to meet as many of you as possible. I am looking forward to seeing what Pamela has in store for us in the future because, I know first hand the hard work and details she puts into each doll she creates.
