Should Expedite Corrective Actions
1. Aiding And Abetting Organized Crime: By failing to act in an expeditious manner the State of Florida is aiding and abetting International Organized Crime ripping off the people of the State of Florida and their corporations. The failure of authorities to act has resulted in the demolition of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon disaster which collectively resulted in about 6,000 deaths. That is, the resultant engineered debacle by International Organized Crime has served to promote myriad bankruptcies and national economic turmoil necessary to eradicate a large portion of bogus receipts along with legitimate receipts sold to citizens of the State of Florida and elsewhere. Such illegitimate activities are conducted not just in US markets but in markets worldwide. Nevertheless, brokerage agents acting on behalf of thieves continue to operate freely within the State of Florida under license by the State of Florida.
"Reaping What One Sows" (Attachment #1) outlines considerable evidence that International Organized Crime, aided and protected by the FBI and others, has been preparing over the years for just such a debacle as achieved 11 September 2001 and subsequent thereto.
That is, International Organized Crime aided by the FBI, the CIA, the Mossad, and others has acted to create such economic havoc. In 2001 it was propagated under the cloak of legitimate reprisals by naïve Muslim people who over the years have been oppressed, manipulated, indoctrinated, and prepared for such actions. And blame has been maliciously transferred to Muslim people while the real culprits remain untouched. The subsequent barbaric bombings, maimings, and killing of impoverished, helpless, and now homeless Afghani people, including myriad little children, has been a malicious cover and diversion to conceal the truth of what's really going on. These crimes against humanity also prepare the way for future adverse actions as they further promote world hatred for the American people due to the vile acts of the Bush Administration and their confederates serving International Organized Crime.
The evil "game" is not new. For example, Scripture speaks of the reign of the Sixth Kingdom commencing with Solomon unto 1988 being under the dominion of the children of Solomon. During the latter years of this reign, for example, the US had been prevented by malicious actions and later pursuant to treaty from developing a functional passive missile defense system. All the while the world had been divided into three basic ecosystems: the Russian, the Chinese, and the Free World; where two could be brought against the third. Thus, preparations for engineered disasters were being made, for example, even in the 1960-1962 era when the "Bambi" missile defense system (later called "Star Wars") was deliberately hamstrung and then canceled for no valid reason. This was prior to any related treaty. Measurements, for example, of missile radiation emissions were required to build space borne hardware for acquisition, tracking, and intercept. At that time (1960-1962) it was clearly understood that research measurement instrumentation required onboard calibration because of the then detector sensitivity to variations in temperature. Thus, without such simple calibration all data was unreliable and unusable. However, when the project manager of the US Air Force's radiation measurement program [TRUMP (probes) in coordination with RAMP (airborne) measurements] disregarded demands by subversive agents in the Department of Defense's Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) and installed essential calibration devices in the TRUMP probe payloads, money was maliciously withdrawn from that essential part of the program by ARPA in an effort to scuttle the program. However, when money from other sources was obtained, the program classified, and significant successes were achieved: when ARPA agents found out about it, copies of the TRUMP/RAMP data were immediately sent to Russia at the height of the cold war apparently via Russia's technology gathering organization known as Armtorg operating out of New York City throughout the cold war in plain view of the FBI and other government agencies.
Scuttling an adequate missile defense system was only one example of preparations for disaster when International Organized Crime's agents were ready. (Note: The ground radar based air defense system being developed in the 1950's by MIT's Lincoln Laboratory was a wholly nonfunctional ruse. However, it eventually became the basis of the subsequent worldwide air traffic control system. That is, that radar based system known as SAGE operates fine for tracking aircraft with operating radar transponders in aircraft. But turn off the transponders and even SAC's behemoth B-52's could penetrate the system undetected even when AC and W operators were anticipating the scheduled SAC bombers. This fact was further emphasized in 2001 when aircraft commandeered to attack the World Trade Center towers turned off their IFF transponders. That is, the radar operators could not readily track the inbound aircraft in real time. And someone having knowledge of this limitation had to tell the skyjackers to turn off the IFF equipment.).
An even more horrendous example of engineered devastation exists in the motivations behind the Nazi/Allied conflict known as World War II. Remember, the behind-the-scenes world rulers were the children of Solomon whose role continues today as International Organized Crime. That is, prime investments prior to World War II were gold, silver, and bonds known as consols. The modus operandi of the market operators were the same as today involving the sale of bogus, counterfeit receipts representing ownership of precious metals and loans to business and industry. The more frugal people included the Jewish people who saved and invested for their old age, retirement, for their children's education, etc.
When Hitler was placed in power his chief agent was a banker's representative known as Alfred Rosenberg who later was murdered in prison at Nuremberg to prevent him from talking (officially it was called suicide). Rosenberg, the banker's agent, was instrumental in setting up and operating the internment camps in which his fellow Jews, after they had been stripped of all visible assets, were interred as Rosenberg's chief "guests" in Rosenberg's death camps.
Thus, the "little" Jews were separated from their collective vast holdings while International Organized Crime's vast liabilities were magically eradicated. The Army, Navy, and Air Force's guns, bullets, and bombs did the rest as great devastation resulted in 50 million people being murdered. And International Organized Crime's liabilities both throughout the continent and the isles were magically eliminated.
When Rudolph Hess flew to Scotland in pursuit of peace the bankers were not yet ready as more devastation was still required. It should be noted that Alfred Rosenberg had seized much swag from the vaults of his banker buddies: a vast stash of gold, silver, and gems still hidden today. This swag represented wealth stolen from the people through the sale of bogus, counterfeit receipts. Hess' bargaining tool was his knowledge of where Rosenberg had hidden these vast stashes of wealth in addition to stolen artworks. Hess, as evidence of good faith, disclosed only the locations of certain artworks. The locations of precious metals and gems were to be disclosed upon the formulation of a timely peace treaty that never happened. So, Hess remained silent and was imprisoned in Spandau Prison incommunicado because he wouldn't talk to investigators and apparently was tortured to death in his 90's when he still would not reveal the hiding places of this great hoard of stolen wealth … stolen from German, Jewish, French, and other people on the continent by the bankers prior to the war. Thus, the role of International Organized Crime cannot be underestimated.
For when people in positions of authority do nothing they jeopardize the wealth, well-being, and welfare of the citizens of the State of Florida and elsewhere. It should be obvious that today authorities are still supporting and protecting International Organized Crime robbing the citizenry, their national treasury, and their corporations (Isaiah 10:5,13-14).
Although not a direct part of this particular suit, the corruption in the US Federal Government becomes very, very obvious when one considers International Organized Crime's ongoing robbery of the US Treasury. Why would the US Treasury "borrow" paper (fiat) money via accounting notations and then pay the thieves about a billion dollars a day ($363.8 Billion in 1998) via bogus interest payments when the US Treasury could handle all such transactions without payment of a dime of principle and interest to thieves functioning through their private Federal Reserve?
Remember, Hitler ascended to greater power by rallying people to his national unity party, waving flags and banners everywhere. His "War Powers Act" was called "The Enabling Act" which allowed Hitler and his cohorts to do as they pleased. Hitler's "Enabling Act" severely curtailed the rights and freedoms of the German people. And people who did not cooperate were dealt with accordingly. Thus, on 1 September 1939 Hitler declared war and invaded Poland to begin World War II. That was "about" 62 years before war was initiated against Muslims 7 October 2001 (Daniel 5:31). So, why would the US Congress follow in Nazi footsteps 62 years later? But 62 years ago the Canaanites were the behind-the-scenes world rulers … today there are two powers, Christian and Islam, only now the two powers are serving and protecting the Canaanites' corrupt operations both in nations worldwide and in the Holy Lands.

2. A Warning (pursuant to Ezekiel 3:17-21; 33:3-16). The text titled "Being Left Out Will Be A Dreadful Experience" (Attachment #3) reiterates that serving and protecting International Organized Crime (directly or indirectly) makes one a party to illegal transactions just as those cleaving to false prophets and harlots will share in their punishments (Ezekiel 13:22; 14:9-10; Isaiah 31:2; Psalm 50:18,21-22). That is, punishments of those protecting IOC's thievery will be the same as punishments of the thieves as their protective services allowed the thievery to operate and flourish with impunity. This includes illegally protecting those attacking and bringing harm to whistle-blowers. Matters involve:

3. Crimes Versus Florida Laws: Citizens of Florida are being robbed, defrauded, and swindled as thieves, counterfeiters, distributors, bagmen, and such agents operate freely and openly in Florida via the myriad brokerage offices and banks. And those agencies are licensed by the State of Florida.

4. Florida Law Clearly Defines Theft:
"A Person commits theft if he or she knowingly obtains or uses, or endeavors to obtain or to use, the property of another with intent to, either temporarily or permanently: (a) Deprive the other person of a right to the property or a benefit from the property. (b) Appropriate the property to his or her own use or to the use of any person not entitled to the use of the property."

5. Obvious And Blatant Thievery: "Short Selling" (counterfeiting or watering down) other peoples' property in the nation's markets is clearly defined as theft under Florida Law. That is, when the Market Operator "short sells" (sells bogus, counterfeit receipts to the public) he is automatically depriving the true owners of "a benefit therefrom" in that the public demand for receipts in an individual issue is satisfied falsely by sale of counterfeit receipts to artificially restrain the price of legitimate and previously issued counterfeit receipts. Again, the true owners of legitimate receipts are deprived of the true value of their receipts and benefits therefrom when the Market Operator waters down the legitimate receipts with bogus, counterfeit receipts (short selling). This is even more devastating to the purchasers and other citizens as the Market Operators have neither an intent nor ability to repurchase their bogus, counterfeit receipts in a fair and honest market but must resort to economic devastation to either artificially bankrupt the corporations involved or force the public to sell at artificially low prices. Thus nationwide unemployment must be deliberately instigated. This is blatant thievery and thievery is against Florida Law as well as being against GOD'S Supreme Laws namely the Eighth and Tenth Commandments "Thou shalt not steal" (Exodus 20:15) and "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's property" (Exodus 20:17). In fact, it is Grand Theft in the first degree because the value of the stolen and/or damaged property involves far in excess of $100,000 [FS 812.014 (2) (a)].
6. Evidence Of Counterfeiting: The fact that short sold receipts are never actually issued by the represented public company, in simple terms, this means they are bogus, counterfeit receipts representing shares of public stock or bonds.
7. Dealing In Stolen Property: Every brokerage outlet including the brokerage managers and supervisors, the myriad banks including their presidents, officers, and supervisors, etc. throughout the State of Florida are clearly and openly dealing in stolen property (i.e. counterfeit receipts):
"Any person who traffics in, or endeavors to traffic in, property that he or she knows or should know was stolen shall be guilty of a felony of the second degree … Any person who initiates, organizes, plans, finances, directs, manages, or supervises the theft of property and traffics in such stolen property shall be guilty of a felony of the first degree…."
Brokerage outlets including banks, which broker securities in the State of Florida, are acting as distributors and "bagmen" for the thieves stealing from the people. They know or should know that they are involved in a criminal operation and are more involved than the "get-away-driver" for bank robbers and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law just as the little thieves who fill the State's prisons have been prosecuted and imprisoned.
8. Failure Of Florida Authorities To Act: Ongoing (the years 2000-2001, since these matters were again brought to the attention of the Florida Judiciary, the Florida Executive, and the Florida Legislature) malicious economic squeezes have been artificially forcing bankruptcies; wiping out options, savings, investments, and retirement funds; forcing the public into sales of other receipts to the Market Operators at illegal artificially lowered prices; etc. (Ezekiel 7:14-15,8).
Note: Federal Securities Laws forbid the buying or selling of securities at artificially manipulated prices. These laws are made available and cited to investors including citizens of the State of Florida by the myriad brokerage agents attesting that the Markets must be operated according to law. However, the actual daily operations of the Markets are clearly operated in violation of such Federal Securities Laws. This is blatant fraud to deceive and conceal the actual thievery from the citizens of the State of Florida and their corporations.
This criminal thievery is bringing great harm and deprivations to current and future citizens and businesses within the State of Florida. This also includes citizens and businesses within other States being similarly robbed of wealth that they otherwise would have to spend in the State of Florida either through business enterprises, as new Florida residents, as retirees to Florida, or as tourists visiting Florida. The failure of responsible Florida authorities to act is clearly depriving both the citizens and businesses within the State of Florida.
9. An Example Of Victims Of Thievery (Attachment #4): The newspaper clipping from the Orlando Sentinel, dated September 2, 2001, titled "Stock loyalty stings ex-Lucent workers" is an example of what ongoing Market thievery has brought to its victims in the way of hardships including lost retirements, lost jobs, stolen investments, stolen options, lost savings, etc. Remember, even though the article doesn't mention Florida citizens, they too number among the victims as bogus, counterfeit receipts in corporations such as Lucent Technologies have obviously been sold to unsuspecting Florida citizens along with myriad other counterfeit securities. This example of harm being brought upon the citizenry is pre 11 September 2001.
The 11 September 2001 debacle followed by the "anthrax scare" were simply another pump in the system. It should also be noted, Russell Welch, an Arkansas State Police Officer investigating corruption linked to officials high in government and in Arkansas, was a victim of "anthrax poisoning" in an attempt to silence him. This "anthrax poisoning" occurred long before 11 September 2001 (i.e. during Clinton's Governorship of Arkansas and the George H.W. Bush Administration in Washington). Again, this "anthrax poisoning" obviously involved the US Government and not Muslims in Iraq, Afghanistan, or elsewhere (Haggai 2:22).
10. Triple Award Benefits The Citizens Of Florida: Pursuant to RICO laws conspirators can be fined triple damages by the State of Florida. Thus, if the petitioner were awarded, for example, one billion dollars, the people of the State of Florida, via the State Treasury, would receive two billion dollars plus all costs incurred pursuant to the Florida RICO Act (FS 895.04(2)] from corrupt Wall Street entities whose agents, for example, are operating in nearly every community in the State of Florida.
