In Short: When a young girl comes into the E.R. complaining of cramps, Drs. Grad and Hancock discover that she's just delivered a baby. The girl reluctantly confesses that she dumped the baby in a trash bin, which sends Hancock and the police on a desperate search to find the newborn before it's too late. Elsewhere in the E.R., a man is brought in after a brutal bar fight, and Dr. Wilkes discovers that he has been raped by another man. Meanwhile, O'Hare airport becomes the site for the wedding of Drs. Billy Kronk and Diane Grad just moments before Dr. Kronk leaves for his medical sabbatical. And, Dr. Austin dashes the hopes of a would-be NBA star by diagnosing a serious heart defect.

BILLY: I think we should get started.
CHAPLAIN: Marriage is a sacred vow not to be entered into lightly. I encourage you both to take these vows seriously, and with all the respect and gravity they deserve.
SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT THE AIRPORT: (Who was serving as the best man) Look man, you gonna miss your flight, man!
BILLY: The best man is supposed to calm me, alright? Calm me!
SOMEONE WHO...: Alright, man.
BILLY: Could we pick up the pace a little bit please?
CHAPLAIN: Of course. Do you Diane take Billy to be your lawful wedded husband, for richer or poorer, in sicknes or health, for as long as you both shall live?
DIANE: I do.
CHAPLAIN: Do you Billy take Diane--
BILLY: I do.
CHAPLAIN: --to be your lawful wedded wife for richer or poorer, in sickness and health for as long as you both shall live?
BILLY: I do.
CHAPLAIN: The rings please? These rings are a symbol of your love for one another no matter how far apart you may be.
DIANE: I'm going to miss you.
BILLY: I'm going to miss you.
CHAPLAIN: By the authority vested in me by the state of Illinois, I now pronounce you husband and wife.
(They run to catch his plane without even having time to kiss the bride)
BILLY: I will call as soon as I get there, okay?
DIANE: Why is it you're always leaving?
BILLY: I'll be back in four months, I promise. You take care of our baby.
DIANE: I will.
(They kiss, Billy starts to go)

(She pulls him in for another kiss.)
BILLY: I love you.
DIANE: I love you.
