In Short: Dr. Austin and Dr. McNeil perform emergency surgery on a woman aboard a transatlantic flight. On the way to a medical conference in London, Austin and McNeil are suddenly called to treat a fellow passenger with abdominal pain. When Austin discovers that the woman has an ectopic pregnancy and is bleeding seriously, she and McNeil perform the surgery to save the woman's life - at 50,000 feet, two hours from land and armed only with the airline medical kit. Meanwhile, Dr. Shutt begins his psychiatric residency and discovers he has a lot to learn.
