In Short: Dr. Aaron Shutt is shocked to meet a man claiming to be his real father, famous artist Zolton Karpathein. Karpathein, an eccentric world-renowned artist, appears at Shutt's office and insists that he and Shutt's mother had a "situation." Meanwhile, Dr. Austin has a new patient a 11-year old genius who hungers for the love of his father. She is able to convince the father to stay with his son knowing that he is dying. And Dr. Watters, who is desperately trying to reconcile with his estranged son, is the victim of a carjacking. As Watters tries to save the life of his attacker, he learns that his son is more like him than he's willing to admit.
