Hummer
H1 is the civilian version of the Military HumVee. The Hummer and its military
counterpart are bult by the AM General Company. However the civilian Hummer
is marketed and sold by General Motors. GM refers to its police version
of the Hummer as a Hummer Tactical Vehicle. The Police version was introduced
in 2001. The 130-inch wheelbase, 4-passenger wagon is equiped with
a 195 hp, 6.5L turbocharged diesel V-8. The Hummer has a 4-speed automatic,
full-time 4WD and 4-wheel disc brakes and ABS Hydra-boost brakes. |
