The other me would rather be![]() my bio So, what have I been doing recently. In Nov - Dec of 2002 - I took a month off work and spent the time rediscovering myself. A time to heal from the wounds I chose to let happen over the past few years. It was an excelent time for reflection, to discover why I let that happen to me, and how not to let it happen again. Since then I have been busy, Volunteering at our local hospital, taking self improvement courses, upgrading my knowledge and positioning myself for a second career when I retire from the military. I'm also taking a management course thru Seneca College and hope to complete that soon, and recently finished the Alpha course at our local church an introduction to faith, God and the church. The certificates below are a sampling, but do not represent all of the courses and work I am doing. check back occasionally, this will become a large page. click on each of the pictures to see a larger view

Yesterday I recieved a package from the Royal Military College and I'll start that course (Defence Management) in Jan I'm enjoying life very much right now and as I look forward - it can only get better!!! I agree, it doesn't matter what certificates are hung on your wall, what I believe does matter Is my continual personal, spiritual and emotional growth. I smile back at the man in the mirror. That's what matters most to me. I Am John and really quite happy about that. and now there is no-one that can destroy that no-one, it's me and mine and I'm keeping it this time.
