- Physical Description: 6'-6" 250#. Tall, sculpted athletic man or Americindian descent. Dark black hair is worn long and loose down to shoulders. Dresses well, but not to excess. Head is oval with chisseled features, sharp nose, high cheeks, and a thoughtful brow. Despite his handsome appearance, he bears scars and scrapes and dings that tells you either the sculpting was done long ago, or the looks are natural .
- Experience: Unknown. Nobody knows where the Doctor came from, what experience he holds, or what degrees he has earned. He seems to know something of everything and is never wrong. Legendary figure in the burbs of Northopolis. Rumored to have been an ex-Corp destined for the CEO chair, or a Military General who became disillusioned, or a Criminal warlord/kingpin who saw the error of his ways. Each hold a little truth. But to all he remains a mystery. His finances, his morals, his personal goals, and his hopes and dreams; he keeps them all to himself.

Rumors aboud about this mysterious figure. But it is known that despite his calm exterior he is a workoholic and a paranoid mastermind to his close associates. Rarely seen in public and then only with one or two of his Street Samurai, he is somewhat of a recluse. Though he will at times just drive the old country backroads in his mint 1999 Rolls Royce Trans-Atlantic (which is called the last cadillac of the 20th century - and there have been none from the 21st. It was known for its V10 and massive luxurious interior.)
