Observers of the Satallite Photo-Recon you requested have identified vessels
matching those you specified. Vessels without shadows. One cunning photo-
intel analyst even broadened your search to include overland vessels without
shadows.
Three oceangoing vessels were located in the indian ocean off the west African
coast. Eight, five, and one day out of ports in Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique
respectively.
Four oceangoing vessels were located in the South Atlantic off the west coast
of Africa. Five, four, two and one days out of ports in Nigeria, Gabon, and the
last two in Zaire.
There were also two vessels spotted in the Red Sea, both twelve hours out of
port in Sudan.
Overland semi-haulers were spotted northbound out of Capetown in South African
and southbound out of Tripoli in Libya.
