| Greetings from Cockey Moor |
You'll find Cockey Moor, east of Bolton, west of Bury and north of Radcliffe. For those outside the U.K. its about 7 miles north of Manchester in the county of Lancashire. The village of Ainsworth stands on the moor and allthough it is a true village the surrounding towns are slowly creeping towards it. Like any comunity Cockey Moor has its share of stories, myths and odd characters and I'll be sharing these with you in the future. I also intend to include a pub guide, angling guide and wildlife report. | ||||||||||||||||
