Felicite Parmentier is my favorite once blooming rose. It has an exquisite bloom that starts out pale pink or white with a pink cup and then opens up into a pale pink sphere. The fragrance is both intense and beautiful.
In my yard it only gets about 4 feet high by about 4 feet wide, forming a nice dense bush with grey green foliage. When not in bloom, it is still attractive as a landscape shrub.
