Treatment of Pete: Not known. She has never met Pete, nor (to our knowledge) knows anything about him. Kitty believes that her mom ". . .would probably shoot [him] on sight . . ."

Treatment of Kitty: She loves and adores her daughter, though has never found the time (except during Kitty's early days at Xavier's) to see her daughter or to call her daughter, in Excalibur Annual 2, she did send some of Kitty's stuff from Xavier's back to her

History: Theresa and Carmen had decided that while they were seperating they would send Kitty to a boarding school, so she would not feel the pain of their seperation. They were either going to send Kitty to Professor Xavier's School of Gifted Youngsters or Frost's Massachusetts Academy in Snow Valley. It was while Terri and Carmen were speaking with Professor Xavier, that the X-Men (who were with Kitty at the ice cream shop) were ambushed by the White Queen's men, and taken prisoner. A day past, and when Kitty and the rest of the X-Men (who has escaped) came back, Terri and Carmen were outraged, and wanted to know where their daughter had been. Jean soothed them with her telepathy, and brainwashed them into allowing Kitty to attend Xavier's school Terri and Carmen went to visit Kitty over Chanukah, and that is the last time the three have been together. A little while later, Terri and Carmen decided to send Kitty to the Academy in Snow Valley. Attending the Academy did not work out for Kitty (see X-Men 151-152) and Kitty returned to Xavier's. Now Terri is working at the South Chicago Clinic. She last had contact with Kitty when she and the rest of Excalibur were in Maine

What I See For Her in the Future: She could MOST DEFINITELY make an appearance in X-Men. I'm really REALLY surprised that Kitty did not look her up while she was normal. What better time to actually see her mom again? It was not like her life was very hectic at the time. There is a gap between Kitty and her parents (specifically between Kitty and Carmen). The writers MUST address this eventually
