
THE NEW GENERATION
- 61- The Invid Invasion
- The Invid have taken over Earth and Admiral Rick Hunter has
sent part of the REF fleet to begin the fight for control of the planet. This initial
battle is a disaster, the entire fleet is lost except for one lone survivor, Lt. Cmdr.
Scott Bernard. He loses his friends and fiancé, but soon gains a friend in Rand a lone
wanderer, after his crashlanding on Earth.

- 62- The Lost City
- Scott & Rand make it to a near by city in the hope of
pickup some supplies and more people who are willing to fight with them againts the Invid.
During their search, a young girl named Annie tags along with them, and all three are
thrown to the lions by the locals.

- 63- Lonely Soldier Boy
- As Scott, Rand & Annie continue their cross-country
voyage, they arrival at a crushed little town. Many people still live there and are
usually found at the local bar, where live entertainment can be found. Among them are Rook
Bartley a solitary fighter, Lunk a Robotech mechanic & Yellow Dancer a rock star. The
town also comes with it's own brand of thugs, who don't like anyone, especially Robotech
freedom fighters.

- 64- Survival
- The team is return fto their camp after acquiring some
supplies, and are being hunted down by Invid Shock Troopers. They try to find from them,
but are always found and they don't understant how it's possible. Rand figures out, that
the Invid sense the active protoculture when they turn any Robotech device on. He also
puts his country boy skills to work in order for the team to survive.

- 65- Curtain Call
- Dangerously low on protoculture, Scott and his team of
freedom fighters, stage a bold heist to acquire the ressources they need from a town which
Lancer knows much about. The plan calls for a live concert by Yellow Dancer, while the
rest of the group makes it's way to the protoculture through underground tunnels.

- 66- Hard Times
- It's the first chance that the team gets to relax after the
last few battles. What they don't know is that they are close to the town where Rook grew
up. She ends up returning to her roots, to settle a score with a local biker gang.

- 67- Paper Hero
- During the Invid invasion, Lunk lost a friend, but now
wishes to fufill his dying wish. They arrive at a town where the inhabitants, for some
reason, do not wish to make any contact with any freedom fighters. Lunk has got a mystery
on his hands, which is more that what he expected.

- 68- Eulogy
- Our fine group of friends arrive at big city in which, the
population seems to live a very happy lifestyle. The attitude displayed by the locals is
rather strange even if Col. Jonathan Wolff is living here and protecting them from the
Invid. Scott and his gang discover that this type of happiness, has a price.

- 69- The Genesis Pit
- While taking a look around the camp site's perimeter, Scott,
Rand & Annie fall through a hole and end up in a Invid genesis pit. Within this pit,
the Invid Regis is conducting evolution experiments; which include animals from Earth's
prehistoric era. All three try to figure out what it's all about, but getting out is their
first objective.

- 70- Enter Marlene
- In order to keep track of the resistance fighters, the Regis
has decide to plant an Invid humanoid among the team. Her plan is successful as Rook &
Rand pick her up near 'Point K'. This place is where an assault force was to be assembled
to fight the Invid, but Scott only finds a graveyard.

- 71- The Secret Route
- A treacherous mountain pass is in the way of the freedom
fighters. They find out that they can buy a map which will lead them across, but have no
money to purchase it. At the same time, Lancer encounters his old flame, Carla and her
fiancée. Funny thing is that he sells the map, which they need.. or does he.

- 72- The Fortress
- In order to make it through the next set of mountains, Scott
and the others must take out an Invid stronghold. Everybody plays their part to
perfection, in their first decisive victory.

- 73- Sandstorm
- The group evades a Invid group by hiding in a cave. Marlene
is sick and Rand ventures out in the sandstorm to get her some water. He falls down a
sand-pit and loses consciousness. While in this state, he has a dream influence by nearby
spores and learns about the Invid plans.

- 74- Annie's Wedding
- In order to make it quietly by an Invid hive, Scott decides
to use rafts to transport the heavy equipment down the river. However, they are capture by
a local jungle tribe for upsetting one of their gods. Only Annie is free, and she ends up
marrying one a young tribal warrior.

- 75- Seperate Ways
- While trying to run from an Invid patrol, the group runs
into an abandoned subway tunnel and is trapped there by the Invid. During this time, a
small fight breaks out among the group. The result is that Rook, Rand & Lunk all think
of leaving the group. Needless to say, they all discover thst they need eachother; and as
a bonus, Annie returns as well.

- 76- Metamorphosis
- Scott decides to give everybody some well deserved time off,
with regards to the happening of the last few days. They end up relaxing at what use to be
a vacation resort. The R&R is short lived however as the Regis sends her two new
humanoid children after them.

- 77- The Midnight Sun
- The Invid Princess Sera and a group of shock troopers are
sent after the freedom fighters in high altitude mountains. The group must fight off the
Invid without their mecha, after an avalanche buried them in snow. In a critical moment,
Sera freezes as her feelings for Lancer disturb her.

- 78- Ghost Town
- The resistance fighters finaly leave the mountains behind
and enter the Old West. They discover a group of aging war veterans who fought with
Admiral Rick Hunter, but have since done nothing but live in a deserted town. In the end,
the young and old fight together, as true heros.

- 79- Frostbite
- The seven freedom fighters stumble upon the city of Denver,
now covered under a layer of ice. Surprisingly, everything in the city still operated as
it should, although no one lives there anymore. It gives the group a chance to replenish
their supplies, and a chance for Scott & Marlene to get closer.

- 80- Birthday Blues
- Do you know what day it is? It's Annie's birthday! But Annie
has never experienced a birthday like the rest of us; therefore she has always prayed for
one. Her dream is about to come true as the rest of the group create a surprise party for
her. It's the best party ever, and not even the Invid can crash this one.

- 81- Hired Gun
- Continuing on their way to Reflex Point, Scott and the
others have to stop at a small town, in order to lend a hand to the locals. It would seem
that a mysterious man has been killing the locals one-by-one for revenge. Only Rook seems
to be able to get through to him.

- 82- The Big Apple
- Only one last stop before they make it to Reflex Point, and
that's New York City. Lancer gets a chance to meet an old friend in the entertainment
business and Sera reveals an important fact to Marlene. In the end, the group destroys the
Invid hive localed at the center of the city.

- 83-Reflex Point
- The team finaly arrives at the end of their journey; Reflex
Point. Just on the outskirts of the area a battle has just occured in which everyone died
except for one person, Sue Graham. She is part of the returning REF fleet; and announces
to all that the fleet is at the dark side of the moon, preparing for the final assault.
Another battle begins soon after, Marlene is hurt and bleeds green Invid blood.

- 84- Dark Finale
- The ground REF forces arrive at Reflex Point with Scott,
Lancer & Lunk joining them. The final battle begins for control of the Earth, with
Marlene & Sera turning against their own race. Marlene actually leads the team into
the core of the Invid hive.

- 85- Symphony of Light
- Scott, Marlene, Sera & the others try to convince the
Regis to stop the fighting. Seeing that many of her children are dying, she decides to
start anew on another planet; she takes the entire Invid race and leaves the Earth. The
delicate sound of peace is heard throughout the planet, as the group makes plans for the
future.
