The requirements are simple, you must have a CB website, page, or a site for one of his movies. It cannot contain pornography, racism, or other hateful, or offensive material (though I doubt any balehead would have this kind of stuff on their site, I just want to be careful). You must also have the code up on a page where I can find it before I can except you into the ring.
