- Takara announced a new PlayStation 2 action shooting game called Shin Combat
Choro Q, scheduled to release in Japan in June, for 6800 yen. In this game you
use the super deformed Choro-Q battle tanks to blast your way through the enemy hideouts.
There are over 108 different kinds of tanks in the game, from 10 different countries.
Similar to the Choro Q series, you can also purchase 100 different kinds of weapons and
items to customize your tank. There are 4 main play modes in the game, include Mission
Mode, Versus Mode, Destruction (Challenge) Mode and Mini Games.
 
- Here are some new screens of Japan EA Square's soccer game 2002
FIFA World Cup Korea Japan, the game is scheduled for release simultaneously
for PlayStation 2, GameCube, XBox and PC in Japan on May 31, for 6800 yen.

- Media Quest will release a PlayStation 2 version of their arcade shooting game Shikigami
No Shiro in Japan on June 28, an XBox version was released in Japan in mid-March.
- Here are some screen shots Activision's Spider-Man,
the game is scheduled to release in US on April 16, for $49.99. The character design and
the story is based on the upcoming movie of the same name. Spider-Man features all new
aerial combat, maneuverability, and super-villains.....

- D3 Publisher will release the PlayStation 2 puzzle game Simple
2000 Series Vol. 4 The Double Mahjong Puzzles in Japan on April 25, for 2000
yen. The game features 2 separate Mahjong puzzle games, include Jong Space and Pai
Shooting Fort. Pai Shooting Fort is a Columns type puzzle game in which you have to shoot
the mahjong tiles to make matches with other tiles in the field. Jong Space is a
completely different puzzle game in which you have to take mahjong tiles out of a cube,
and rearrange the tiles to extinguish the whole cube.
