- Update on Square's PS2 Online RPG Final Fantasy XI, the game will feature over at least 14 jobs, they are Warrior, Theft, Monk, White Mage, Red Mage, Black Mage; plus Knight, Summoner, Bard, Ninja, Samurai, Gunner, Hunter, Dark Knight and Beast Trainer. There is a new Mission Ranking System in the game, when your ranking is increased, you can assume certain positions in the country. There is a Link Shell system, which allows you to create your own "friend club" in the world of FFXI. The crystal has become a variable treasure in the game. There are 8 kinds of crystals: Fire, Water, Ground, Wind, Ice, Thunder, Light and Darkness. Each type of crystal has specific function, such as burn, melt, attach, detach, solidify, liquefy, compose and decompose....

- Here are some new images of Enix's PlayStation RPG Dragon Quest Monsters 1 & 2: Hero from the Star, Companions in the Ranch, scheduled to release in Japan on March 31. The PS version will have several new elements not found in the original GameBoy Color versions, such as new kind of keys which can lead you to new worlds and adventures, there are also a number of new monsters.

- Konami KCEJ announced that they are working on a new version of Contra for both PlayStation 2 and GameBoy Advance.

- Microsoft announced that they will release a new redesigned XBox controller called Controller S, which is scheduled to release in US on April 30, for $39.99. The Controller S will be smaller in size, and the button and control sticks placements are also slightly modified.

- Konami announced Yugioh Duel Monsters 7: The Duelcity Legend for GameBoy Advance, the 7th installment of the popular card battle game series. This time the game genre has been changed to a Card Battle RPG, the theme is about an adventure in the Duelcity, the story is divided into a number of episodes. There are over 100 Duelists in the city, you have to challenge and defeat them one by one, there are also several special events. The battles are in the form of the standard Yugioh card battles, but your abilities will increase as you battle with more rivals.
