The Silver Pheasant is one of the species in the gallopheasants
recognized. The variety above is the True Silver.
Other pheasants in the gallopheasant categories include
the Salvadori's, the Imperial, the Edwards, the Kalij, the Swinhoe,
the Siamese Fireback, the Crestless Fireback, the Crested Fireback,
and the Wattled Pheasant.
First eggs from the Silver Pheasants can be expected
round about mid March.
