Eve Moves Out the 1st Time
This flashback comes from
1997 when Eve moved out of Chris' apartment the first time around.
After sharing a passionate evening together, Eve is ready to move out and
they say their final good-byes.
Chris: (as Eve packs) Well, I never
thought I'd be saying this. I'm going to miss you.
Eve: (looks to him) And I'm going
to miss..(pauses) your martinis.
Chris: (smiles) Well we can always
knock back a few in the linen closet together. (Eve laughs)
Eve: (turns to Chris) You know
Chris maybe if we had met when we were younger--you know before we became
so jaded.
Chris: (smiles pondering) That
would be about the time I was seven and I don't think my parents would
let me have a woman in my room.
Eve:(laughs and swats at him) You
always make me laugh. (They look at one another for a moment and then move
to kiss one another good-bye. They look at each other for a moment
before Eve returns to packing) Alright. (picks up box) Oh, here we
go.
Chris: (watching her) sure you
don't need any help with that?
Eve: (laughs) See you did it again.
(she smiles as she walks out the door and Chris smiles at her before she
leaves and then when she's gone his smile fades and he looks sad about
her being gone)
