Evelyn Lambert grew up down on 152nd Street in Port Charles, NY. She never knew her father and her mother had numerous boyfriends. One of them wound up dead and they weren't sure who killed him. As a teenager, she and her younger sister, Shelley, got jobs at a grease-pit down on dock 17. After she graduated, she got out of town and went to college and med school. Eve got called away from school because Shelley had gotten caught in a fire at work. Eve took any job she could get to pay for Shelley's surgery. A friend told her about the Enchanted Escort Service and Eve got into escorting to make the money. As soon as she got enough money for Shelley, she quit and went back to school. Eve had an affair with Dr. Bennett Devlin while in med school. Eve later got accepted to an internship back in Port Charles where she became roommates with a fellow intern, and Bennett's daughter, Julie Morris Devlin. After Rex Stanton had kidnapped Serena Baldwin, Eve helped Scott and Lucy to get Rex to admit what he had done, and was almost killed in the process. In the spring of 1998, Eve became involved in a steamy relationship with Scott Baldwin and quickly befriended his daughter Serena. When Bennett Devlin and Grace Sullivan wound up dead, Lucy suspected Eve. Eve had filed a lawsuit against Bennett for sexual harrassment and her bracelet that Scott had given her was found near his body. Lucy drug up Eve's escorting past, but Scot did not care (after all, she wasn't his first ex-hooker girlfriend). In late June '98, Scott went out of towna nd left Serena under Eve's care. Lucy wanted Eve to look irresponsible, so she siphoned the gas from Eve's car. After picking Serena u from her dance class, Eve ran out of gas. While trying to get someone to stip, she left Serena asleep in the car, and Serena accidently kicked the gearshift and sent the car down a hill. Serena was blinded in the accident and Scott got madd at Eve and they broke up (really big sobs!!! remember, this is Kristen who's writing this!). Serena later regained her sight, but by then Scott had relit the flame with Lucy (double sobs!!!). Late '98/early '99, Eve bcame involved with Lucy's ex, Kevin Collins. But, this is mostly a rebound relationship (IMO) and will hopefully dissolve when Lucy and Scott come to their senses.

Seven years later, Scott Baldwin returned to Port Charles, thinking that Lucy had kidnapped Serena. She hadn't. Rex Stanton had. And with the help of Kevin Collins, Lucy, Eve Lambert and others, they rescued her. Rex wasn't out yet. He set Scott up as the kidnapper and Scott was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Eve Lambert, who had fallen for Scott bigtime helped him escape with the help of Karen and her boyfriend Joe. Scott got proof against Rex and he went to jail, not before poisoning Lucy. The Interns of GH found a cure and saved her. Scott & Eve began a relationship and were very happy and had a passionate, sexy relationship. But with the murder of Bennett Devlin and Lucy's suspicions of Eve as the murderer, things started to fall apart. When Scott went out of town on a buissness trip, he left Serena in Eve's care. Jealous over her rival's bond with the child, Lucy siphoned gas out of Eve's car that resulted in an accident that left Serena blind. Scott was devastated and broke up with Eve. 

Eve was convinced that the accident was not entirely her fault and searched for the evidence to prove it. She hit gold when she found a video with Lucy siphoning the gas out of her car. She interrupted Kevin and Lucy's wedding with this Scott told Eve that he could forgive her, but he couldn't forget what had happened to his daughter. 

Scott and Eve slowly became friends again, and when she disappeared with Kevin, him and Lucy went looking for them. While stuck in an abandoned mansion in Flordia, they resumed their pyhsical relationship and had sex.

Today, Scott is still with Lucy. The two of them are trying to save the "Serena Line," a line of romantic dresses based on the one Lucy wore in Flordia. DV, a john from Eve's past has sabotaged their line and Scott and Lucy are trying to get Eve to open up about her past to help them out. Hopefully this will lead to Scott and Eve's reunion.
