This sleeping lake is constantly covered by a gentle, cat walking mist that emits from the surface. There are underwater springs that heat the water and the cold river that helps to keep the water at a warm comfort; Never too hot or too cold to take a swim! The origin of the lake's name, much like the true origin of the realm, is a complete mystery. Some speculate that there are gods from the oldest of time, gods who created the gods of now, who sleep here in this lake! The truth may never be realized, but it is always fun to speculate. Depth of the lake is immeasurable even by those who are able to dive as deep as the universe cannot reach the bottom. Why this is, again, is a mystery. Sleeper's Lake is a peaceful place, so keep it that way. Fighting is severely frowned upon when it is on the surface of the lake wither the fight be on or by boat, raft, or any such thing. Warring is just fine around the lake, but never in nor on. Many a thing has this lake witnessed and if it could talk one would learn of many splendors from around the world caught by the lakes ear. This is one of the most popular places in the Zocalo and will remain ever beautiful to the end of even the gods. Come and listen by the lake to the tales of travellers.
