 Beavering
away feverishly in his home laboratory, pausing only to refresh himself
with a goggle full of sweat, Stimpy invents an array of stupid appliances
for Ren, whose patience is pushed beyond the limit. But Stimpy finally
cures the hot headed hound's temper with his most successful contraption
- the Happy Helmet - a mind bogglingly evil device which renders the unfortunate
wearer as blissfully stupid as Stimpy. Before he can rid himself of the
device, Ren is wracked by contortions of headgear hysteria, remote controlled
by Stimpy & whipped up by a full volume rendition of Stinky Wizzleteat's
